Abstract
Description
Claims (24)
- 1.一つの可変位置と複数の固定位置の一つ以上との間の距離を測定する方法で あって、前記固定位置の一つの第1の衛星位置情報を得る過程と前記可変位置に おける使用のために前記第1の情報をユーザに供給する過程とを含み、前記ユー ザが前記可変位置の第2の衛星位置情報を得るとともに、それに引続き前記第1 の位置情報および前記第2の位置情報を用いて前記可変位置と前記固定位置との 間の距離を計算する方法。
- 2.前記第1の情報を供給する過程が、前記可変位置における前記第1の情報の 対応受信のための無線周波数送信を含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.前記第1の情報を供給する過程が前記可変位置におけるその情報の使用前に おける前記ユーザへの直接転送を含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 4.基準地点の第3の衛星位置情報を得てそれを前記基準地点の測量点情報と比 較し衛星位置情報誤差を測定する過程をさらに含み、前記誤差を前記ユーザに供 給して前記距離の計算の前に前記第1および第2の位置情報の誤差の補正を可能 にする請求項1,2または3に記載の方法。
- 5.前記誤差が周期的に前記可変位置に再測定および再送信され少なくとも前記 第2の位置情報におけるリアルタイム補正を可能にする請求項2に従属時の請求 項4記載の方法。
- 6.制御手段とデータ送信手段とを有する基地局を含む距離測定システムであっ て、前記制御手段が(第1の)ポータブル衛星位置情報受信機からの一つ以上の 固定位置に関する第1の衛星位置情報で構成でき、前記第1の位置情報を前記デ ータ送信手段により一つ以上のポータブル距離計算機に伝送可能であり、前記距 離計算機の各々が(第2の)衛星位置情報受信機と、前記データ送信手段からの データの受信に適合したデータ受信手段と、プロセッサ手段とを含み、前記プロ セッサ手段が前記計算機のユーザの選択した前記固定位置の一つの前記第1の衛 星位置情報と前記第2の衛星位置受信機からの実際位置情報とを受け、引続いて それらの間の距離を計算するとともに前記距離を前記ユーザによる考慮のために 表示する距離測定システム。
- 7.前記データ送信手段が無線送信機を含み、前記データ受信手段が対応無線受 信機を含む請求項6記載のシステム。
- 8.前記データ送信手段が前記データ受信手段の中の対応ポートに接続可能なハ ードウェア相互接続ポートを含み前記第1の位置情報の直接授受を可能にした請 求項6記載のシステム。
- 9.基準地点に配置され前記基準地点の衛星位置情報を前記制御手段に周期的に 供給するように構成された第3の衛星位置情報受信機をさらに含み、前記制御手 段が前記基準地点の所定の測量位置と前記基準地点の前記衛星位置情報とを比較 して衛星位置情報差動誤差を測定し、前記誤差が前記計算機の用いる衛星位置情 報の補正用に前記計算機の各々に供給される請求項6記載のシステム。
- 10.前記第1の衛星位置情報および前記差動誤差の無線周波数伝送のために前 記データ送信手段が無線送信機を含み前記データ受信手段が対応の無線受信機を 含む請求項9記載のシステム。
- 11.前記データ送信機が前記差動誤差の無線周波数伝送のための無線周波数送 信機と前記第1の衛星位置情報の前記計算機への直接伝達のためのハードウェア 相互接続ポートとを含み、前記データ受信機が前記差動誤差の受信のための対応 無線周波数受信機と前記第1の衛星位置情報の受信のための対応ポートとを含む 請求項9記載のシステム。
- 12.前記第3の衛星位置情報受信機が前記基地局に配置され、その受信アンテ ナが前記基地局の近傍の前記基準地点に配置されている請求項9,10または1 1記載のシステム。
- 13.前記衛星位置情報が衛星位置測定システムの一つ以上の衛星から得られ、 前記距離計算が前記衛星から受信した経度、緯度および高度のデータの補正を含 む請求項6乃至12のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
- 14.前記第3の衛星位置情報受信機が複数の衛星から衛星位置情報を同時に受 信でき、前記制御手段が同じ複数の前記差動誤差をそれによって測定し前記可変 位置の測定前における誤差補正のためにその誤差を前記計算機に転送する請求項 9への従属時の請求項13記載のシステム。
- 15.前記無線周波数送信機手段および前記無線周波数受信機手段が前記差動誤 差を伴う前記第1の衛星位置情報の伝送に適合している請求項11記載のシステ ム。
- 16.前記ポータブル計算機が前記衛星位置情報の蓄積のために配置されたマイ クロコントローラ手段およびメモリ手段と、前記固定位置のいずれかを選択する ように前記ユーザに操作可能であり前記第2の衛星位置情報受信機からマイクロ コントローラ手段への実際位置情報の前記メモリ手段への保持を可能化するキー ボード手段とを含み、前記対応ポートが前記マイクロコントローラ手段に接続さ れ、前記距離を前記ユーザに表示するように前記マイクロコントローラ手段に相 互接続されたディスプレイ手段をさらに含む請求項15記載のシステム。
- 17.前記ディスプレイ手段が二次元の画素アレイを含み前記メモリ手段が前記 固定位置を含み前記実際位置を設定可能な範囲に及ぶマップデータを入力可能で あり、それによって前記実際位置と前記固定位置のいずれか一つまたはそれ以上 との相対関係の前記ユーザヘの可視表示を可能にする請求項16記載のシステム 。
- 18.前記地図データが前記対応ポート経由で前記計算機に供給されるかポータ ブルメモリ装置に予めプログラムされる請求項17記載のシステム。
- 19.前記固定位置がゴルフコースについての選ばれた位置に関連し前記実際の 位置が前記コース上のゴルフボールの位置であり、前記計算機が前記ボールと前 記選ばれた位置の一つとの間の距離の前記ユーザによる測定を可能にし、前記一 つの選ばれた位置へのアプローチのための次のストロークに選ぶべき特定のゴル フクラブの表示をそれによってゴルフ競技者に提供する請求項17または18記 載のシステム。
- 20.前記固定位置が前記ゴルフコース内のピン位置およびドッグレッグ位置で あり、それら位置が前記差動誤差を伴った前記第1の衛星位置情報の伝送に適合 した前記制御手段に入力される請求項19記載のシステム。
- 21.前記距離が±2〜5メートルの精度で測定可能な請求項9乃至20のいず れか一つに記載のシステム。
- 22.前記計算機が前記可変位置から前記固定位置までに辿るべき方向をさらに 決定する請求項9乃至21のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
- 23.前記計算機が前のストロークおよび前の可変位置から定まる前記可変位置 に基づき補正方向を次のストロークのために決める請求項19または20に従属 時の請求項22記載のシステム。
- 24.前記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の発明用のポータブル距離計算機。
