Description of the Related Art It is well known that the scalp becomes stiff with age, and the growth of hair is hindered when the blood circulation to the scalp is insufficient due to stress and the like, which results in an increase in hair loss. There is. As a countermeasure against this, it is necessary to first soften the tension on the scalp and promote blood circulation. Among these, in 1961, the magnetic therapy device is a law called the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, and magnetism improves blood circulation at the site of attachment, It is recognized that it has the effect of loosening, and a magnetic therapeutic device with medical device approval, which has a permanent magnet stuck on a plaster or a band which incorporates a permanent magnet, is commercially available. Therefore, the present inventor has made various tests as to whether or not the magnetic therapy device can be used for the treatment of the scalp. However, when treating the ready-made magnetic therapy device on the scalp surface, there are the following drawbacks (1) Permanent magnet attached If there is hair on the scalp at least,
It is impossible to fix the adhesive bandage directly on the scalp surface because the hairline or the lying hair interferes. (2) Incorporating a permanent magnet in the band The band can be wound around the head to treat the temporal region, but not the parietal region. Regarding (1),
It is desirable to treat the hair with at least some hair remaining, and with respect to (2), it is a major drawback that the treatment of the crown where hair loss is most likely to proceed cannot be treated. Then, the next application was examined, and it was found that a permanent magnet was internally provided on the inner surface of a hat or helmet, and it was disclosed in JP-A-62-177205 and JP-B-2-04.
9738 has been filed. The actual drawbacks of these applications are as follows. (1) It is difficult to keep the wearing state for a long time in order to treat the scalp. It is effective to perform the magnetic treatment for a long time. In order to do so, the weight is added to the head, which is uncomfortable, and patience is required to maintain that state. In addition, even if the hat has a permanent magnet internally, it can be worn outdoors, but it is not polite or customary to wear it indoors and keep wearing the hat. (2) Cannot be firmly fixed to the head In the case of the above-mentioned application example, there is no means for fixing to the head, and if the head is moved with the hat body or helmet body attached, the weight of the permanent magnet may cause displacement. Or, when facing down, the weight of the permanent magnet may cause it to fall. (3) Cannot be worn while sleeping As mentioned above, it is effective to perform magnetic therapy for a long time, and in the treatment of the scalp, the most satisfying condition is comfortable during wearing and the convenient time is during sleeping. is there. Therefore, in the case of the above-mentioned application example, there is no thing fixed to the head, so when worn during sleep, it will come off immediately when rolling over, and the weight of the permanent magnet and the bulkiness of the hat body It is very difficult to sleep with discomfort. (4) Poor breathability In the case of the above-mentioned application example, the hat body and the helmet body do not have a particularly breathable structure, and when worn for a long time, they cause stuffiness and discomfort, and the scalp surface breathes through the skin. On the other hand, wearing for a long time leads to oxygen deficiency and the effect of scalp activation, which is the original purpose, is diminished. It has the above-mentioned drawbacks.

To be able to treat without. -Enable treatment of the entire head, including the crown.・ Lightweight and well fitted to the head so that there is no discomfort even when worn for a long time. -Be sure to fix it securely so that it does not fall off the head or fall.・ Being able to maintain the wearing condition without falling off while sleeping. -Being breathable and free from oxygen deficiency, it should be possible to perform magnetic treatment while improving the feeling of wearing. It is to provide a magnetic net for the scalp that satisfies the above-mentioned requirements.

A structure in which a plurality of permanent magnets are arranged at appropriate positions on the net body, and a cloth member woven with fibers so as to provide the net body with air permeability is a structure that provides air permeability through its eyes, such as a thread member or a string. The structure in which the members and the band members are woven in a net shape has a structure that further improves the air permeability. In addition, to fit the net body to the head, the members that make up the net body are woven with synthetic fibers such as elastic nylon, etc., and around the opening to firmly fix the net body to the head. An elastic band is provided as a fastening band so as to be held, or a structure is provided in which a string is inserted through the folded-back portion of the opening to tie both ends of the string. In addition, in order to improve the feeling of wearing the net body, the permanent magnets to be arranged are made of rice grain size to reduce weight,
In order to increase the magnetic effect, the structure is such that different poles are arranged side by side.

Example 1 In Example 1, as shown in FIG. 1, the net body 1 is formed of a towel cloth made of cotton as a breathable cloth member. In order to make the towel cloth into a bag shape, first, the strip-shaped towel cloth 1a is formed into a tubular shape by stitching the short sides thereof together, and the upper peripheral edge of the strip-shaped towel cloth 1a and the peripheral edge of the circular towel cloth 1b are formed. It is formed by stitching. Then, a folded portion 1c is formed at the lower peripheral end of the strip-shaped towel cloth 1a to form a hollow structure, and one portion thereof is cut open to form a tightening band 6 in the hollow hole formed by the folded portion 1c.
Is passed through the hollow hole with a knot string 6a, and knot portions at both ends of the knot string 6a are extended to the outside by about 15 cm. Next, the strip-shaped towel cloth 1a and the circular towel cloth 1
As shown in FIG. 2, a rice grain-sized permanent magnet 2 is covered with a covering cloth 10 at appropriate positions of the net body 1 formed by b, and the peripheral edge of the covering cloth 10 is sewn and arranged at equal intervals. Is. Net body 1 for use in this configuration
Cover the head completely and pull the opening 5 slightly downward.
And pull them so that they tighten, then tie them together and fix them. At this time, since the towel cloth slightly expands and contracts, the net body 1 can fit on the head surface to bring the respective permanent magnets 2 close to the scalp surface. In this mounted state, magnetic treatment is possible. Here, since the towel cloth also has water absorbency, it is effective to further promote blood circulation if it is also used for styling after washing hair. In this embodiment, the net body 1 is formed into a bag shape by stitching two cloth members made of cotton together, but it may be formed of another breathable cloth member or one cloth member. It may be formed in a bag shape. Further, the tightening band 6 may be circumferentially provided along the opening 5 with a stretchable rubber band 6b, and the same operation can be performed. Further, the method of fixing the permanent magnets to be arranged may be another method, and the arrangement thereof may be arranged in an orderly manner or may be scattered in a portion called a “vase”. Further, the magnetic field is not shielded by the non-magnetic material on the surface to which the permanent magnet is fixed, and thus may be provided on the upper surface or the lower surface of the net body 1. Embodiment 2 FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the method for disposing the permanent magnet 2 on the net body 1. Inside the net body 1, a proper number of permanent magnets 2 are previously arranged and fixed at appropriate positions on the lower surface or the upper surface of the locking member 3 formed in a breathable circular shape, and then the locking member 3 A fastener 4 such as a hook-and-loop fastener or a hook is provided at one or more places on the upper surface, and a receiving member 4a that engages with the fastener 4 is provided on the lower surface of the net body 1 at a position facing the fastener 4. is there. When using this structure, the fasteners 4 and the receiving members 4a of the locking member 3 are engaged with each other, so that the respective permanent magnets 2 on the locking member 3 are disposed at appropriate positions on the net body 1. The magnetic treatment is possible in this engaged state. Even if the fastener 4 and the receiver 4a are not particularly provided here, the net body 1 closely fits the head, so that the locking member 3 interposed between the head and the net body 1 does not shift. Since this structure can be fixed to the head, each permanent magnet 2 can be kept in a state where it is arranged at an appropriate position of the net body 1, and this configuration may be adopted.
Incidentally, in the case of the configuration in which the locking members are arranged, a plurality of locking members 3 having different arrangements of the permanent magnets 2 and different magnetic flux densities are prepared as needed to meet the application. Several treatments are possible. Embodiment 3 FIG. 4 shows a net body 1 formed by weaving one circular thin cloth (thin scarf cloth) using synthetic fibers of nylon and rayon as materials. By surrounding the opening 5 with an elastic rubber band 6b along the opening, the net body 1 becomes a bag-like shape, and then a permanent magnet 2 of rice grain size is fixed on a circular seal 11 in advance. A large number of them are attached to appropriate positions inside the net body 1 by an adhesive applied to the periphery of the seal 11. With this structure, since the net body 1 is formed of a thin cloth as compared with the structure of the first embodiment, the air permeability can be further improved. The cloth member formed here may be made of synthetic fiber or other suitable breathable cloth material. Embodiment 4 FIG. 5 shows that the net body 1 is formed in a mesh shape by knitting the thread member 7 with a stretchable nylon thread in a lattice shape. A rubber band 6b which expands and contracts is provided around the opening 5 along the opening, and a large number of permanent magnets 2 about the size of a rice grain are attached at appropriate positions to the grid-like mesh portion formed by the thread members 7. It was done. With this structure, when the net body 1 is worn on the head, the nylon thread expands and contracts, so that the permanent magnet 2 can be brought into close contact with the hair surface of the scalp, and magnetic treatment can be performed in this mounted state.
After the net body 1 is taken off, the nylon thread shrinks so as to return to its original length, and the permanent magnets 2 stick to each other, so that they curl up and take up no space. The strength of expansion and contraction of the thread member 7 can be freely changed by changing the number of nylon threads to be knitted. Fifth Embodiment FIG. 6 shows a net member 1 formed into a mesh shape by knitting a thread member 7 with a stretchable nylon thread in a honeycomb shape. The net body 1 is meshed with the thread members 7.
Although it is formed in a shape, it may be formed in a honeycomb shape as a knitting shape. It can be carried out in exactly the same way as in the fourth embodiment. Embodiment 6 FIG. 7 shows a net body 1 formed in a net shape by knitting a string member 8 with nylon threads or the like and knitting a string member having a thickness in advance in a lattice shape. A rubber band 6b that expands and contracts is provided around the opening 5 along the opening, and a large number of permanent magnets 2 of about the size of a rice grain are molded in the portion where the string members 8 intersect in a lattice pattern. It was set up with a bond. With this structure, since the mesh can be made large, the air permeability is better than that of the above embodiment. The string member may be composed of any one of a braid, a woven string, a knitting string, a cutting string, a lacing string, and a bundling string. Example 7 FIG. 8 shows a band member 9 woven with a cloth material having a lateral width in the same manner as in Example 6 in a lattice shape. A rubber band 6b that expands and contracts is provided around the opening 5 along the opening, and a large number of flat disk-shaped permanent magnets 2 are attached to the intersecting portions of the lattice. Since the belt member has a horizontal width, a permanent magnet having a certain area can be provided. If the belt member 9 has a horizontal width, it is not a cloth material, but a stretchable rubber material or a synthetic vinyl material. It may be made of resin or the like, and can be similarly implemented. FIG. 9 shows the arrangement of each permanent magnet 2 in N
1 shows an example in which poles and S poles are alternately arranged and arranged in the net body 1. By arranging in this way, magnetic fields that loop with each other are created as shown in FIG. 10, and a stronger magnetic flux density can be provided. FIG. 11 shows a state in which the present invention is attached to the head and the person goes to bed. Since the net body 1 fits on the head without being bulky on the head or pillow, it is possible to sleep without discomfort in this wearing state. In the implementation, the method of disposing and fixing the permanent magnets 2 to the net body 1 is not limited to the method shown in each of the embodiments, and other methods may be used.
You may make it scattered in the part called. Further, the magnetic field is not shielded by the non-magnetic material on the surface to which the permanent magnet is fixed, and thus may be provided on the upper surface or the lower surface of the net body 1. Alternatively, the bonded magnet or the permanent magnet may be made into a powder and disposed at an appropriate position on the net body 1. Examples of permanent magnets as hard magnetic materials include cobalt magnets of alloy magnets, ferrite magnets of compound magnets, and the like, and a magnetic flux density of about 800 to 1800 gauss is suitable.
