たルースリーフ綴具において、 閉鎖時には綴環の閉鎖状態を確実に維持し、かつ開放時
には前記指当て凸部を下方へ押し下げ引き出すことで前
記第一綴環と前記第二綴環との開放を可能にする、機構
を有することを特徴とする前記ルースリーフ綴具。
