Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.前方アプローチのための脊柱接合用器具にして、平行な面内に収容された 二本の剛性なロッドと、該ロッドがブロック内で軸方向に摺動可能で且つそれ自 体の周りで回転可能な方法にて、前記ロッドを横方向に相互に接続する少なくと も二つのブロックと、前記ブロック内で回転し且つ並進しないように前記ロッド をクランプ止めする手段と、前記ブロックと組み合わされた骨定着要素とを備え ることを特徴とする脊柱接合用器具。 2.請求の範囲第1項に記載の器具にして、前記二本のロッドが互いに平行で あることを特徴とする器具。 3.請求の範囲第1項に記載の器具にして、前記ブロックの各々が前方部分と 、後方部分とを備え、脊椎骨本体の前方側面の幾何学的形態に対応して、前記前 方部分から前記後方部分まで横方向に略湾曲した形状を有し、前記ブロックが脊 椎骨本体に付与され、従って、凹状である内面と、凸状の外面とを画成すること を特徴とする器具。 4.請求の範囲第3項に記載の器具にして、前記前方部分が、前記後方部分の 厚さよりも薄い厚さと、丸味を付けた縁部とを備えることを特徴とする器具。 5.請求の範囲第1項に記載の器具にして、前記ブロックの各々に、それぞれ の一本のロッドと、該ロッドをクランプ止めするそれぞれのスライドとを受け入 れる平行な長手方向凹所を二つ備え、前記スライドの各々が、それぞれの長手方 向凹所内に長手方向に摺動可能に取り付けられ、その移動終点にてそれぞれのロ ッドにクランプ止めされることを特徴とする器具。 6.請求の範囲第5項に記載の器具にして、前記スライドの各々には、勾配付 きの側面フランジが設けられ、相補的な側面溝がそれぞれの凹所に形成され、前 記勾配付きの側面フランジが前記相補的な側面溝に係合可能であり、前記溝には 勾配付きのクランプ止め傾斜路が形成され、前記フランジが、前記クランプ止め 傾斜路手段と協働可能であり、該傾斜路が、それぞれのロッド軸線に対し約2° 乃至6°の傾斜角度を有することを特徴とする器具。 7.請求の範囲第6項に記載の器具にして、前記スライドの各々の各フランジ が、それぞれの凹所に最初に入る、面取り加工された一端を有し、前記それぞれ の凹所が、面取り加工された入口を有し、これにより、前記スライドの前記凹所 への挿入が案内されるようにしたことを特徴とする器具。 8.請求の範囲第1項に記載の器具にして、前記ブロックの前記凹所の底部に 及び前記スライド内に設けられた、前記ロッドに対する着座部を形成する半円筒 状通路を備えることを特徴とする器具。 9.請求の範囲第1項に記載の器具にして、各ブロックの各凹所の底部に形成 された穴と、該穴に挿入されたそれぞれ一つの骨定着ねじとを備え、前記二つの 穴の軸線及び前記定着ねじの軸線が、その間に最良の定着状態を実現するのに適 した角度を形成することを特徴とする器具。 10.請求の範囲第9項に記載の器具にして、前記適当な角度が約25°であるこ とを特徴とする器具。 11.請求の範囲第9項に記載の器具にして、前記ブロックの前記凹所の底部に 且つ前記スライド内に設けられた、前記ロッドに対する着座を形成する半円筒状 通路を備え、前記穴の各々が、それぞれのロッドを受け入れるそれぞれの半円筒 状通路の底部に開口し、前記それぞれのロッドがそれぞれの凹所内でそれぞれの スライドと完全に係合することにより、所定位置にクランプ止めされたとき、骨 定着ねじの各々がその穴内に拘束されるようにしたことを特徴とする器具。 12.請求の範囲第5項に記載の器具にして、前記スライドの各々が、それぞれ のブロックの凸状外面と同一高さの面を有し、各スライドの前記凸状外面及び前 記面が共に平滑であり、突起物が存在しないことを特徴とする器具。 13.請求の範囲第13項に記載の器具にして、前記ブロックの各々がそれぞれ のスライドに対する相補的なクランプ手段を備えることを特徴とする器具。 14.請求の範囲第13項に記載の器具にして、前記相補的なクランプ手段が、 各スライドに対し、前記凹所間でそれぞれのブロックの中央部分に形成された開 口部内に挿入可能な一つのねじを備え、前記開口部が、側面通路を通じて前記ス ライドの側面フランジの隣接する溝と連通し、前記ねじには、前記側面通路に係 合し且つ前記スライドの前記フランジに圧接して、前記溝内でのそのクランプ止 め状態を強化し得るように配置された円錐形部分が設けられることを特徴とする 器具。 15.請求の範囲第14項に記載の器具にして、前記クランプ止めねじが、その 一端からその他端までねじ付きの定着ステムと、前記ねじ付きステムに向けてテ ーパーが付けられた、前記スライドをクランプ止めする円錐形部分と、前記クラ ンプ止めする円錐形部分に向けてテーパーが付けられた破損円錐形部分と、ねじ 止め頭部とを備えることを特徴とする器具。 16.請求の範囲第1項に記載の器具にして、前記ブロックが、前方部分を形成 する半体と、後方部分を形成する第二の半体とを有する略S字形の断面となるよ うな方法で湾曲するようにされ、前記前方部分が、前記後方部分の厚さよりも薄 い厚さを有し、この目的のため脊椎骨本体に形成されたキャビティ内に挿入可能 であるようにしたことを特徴とする器具。 17.請求の範囲第1項に記載の器具にして、一方のロッドが前方ロッドであり 、後方ロッドである他方のロッドの直径よりも小さい直径であることを特徴とす る器具。 18.請求の範囲第6項に記載の器具にして、前記スライドの前記側面フランジ の勾配及び関係付けられたクランプ止め傾斜路の勾配が、各ブロックの二つの側 部にて逆であるようにしたことを特徴とする器具。 19.請求の範囲第5項に記載の器具にして、定着ねじを脊椎骨本体に挿入する 穴の内の最初の穴を穿孔する穿孔器具の支持を容易にする、各凹所の壁に形成さ れたキャビティを備えることを特徴とする器具。 20.請求の範囲第1項に記載の器具にして、伸延−圧迫器具を受け入れる、各 ブロックの前方部分に形成された開口部を備えることを特徴とする器具。 21.請求の範囲第13項に記載の器具にして、前記クランプ止め手段が、各ブ ロックに形成された中央穴と、該中央穴に挿入可能なねじと、を備え、前記穴及 び前記ねじが、該穴が側面通路を通じて、それぞれのスライドの前記側面フラン ジの隣接する溝と連通することを可能にするのに十分な寸法を有し、前記ねじに は、前記側面フランジに係合し且つスライドの前記フランジに圧接し、更に、そ れぞれの溝内でそのクランプ止め力を強化するように配置された円錐形部分が設 けられることを特徴とする器具。 22.請求の範囲第6項に記載の器具にして、前記スライドの傾斜路及びフラン ジが、当該ロッドのスライドと同一方向で且つ他方のロッドのスライドの傾斜路 及びフランジと反対方向に方向決めされることを特徴とする器具。
