香料サンプラー
本発明は、例えば予め印刷した折り込み、小冊子、雑誌の差し込み、ダイレク
トセール印刷物、サンプルカード等の内側に固定する形式の香料サンプラーに関
するものである。
現在、香料サンプルのための数個の手段がある。これ等の手段は小型の瓶と、
サンプル管とを具え、主な欠点としては高価なことであり、小さな袋、及び小さ
な空洞内に入れた含浸プラグも高価であり、折り込み、小冊子等に適用した時、
これ等の小さな空洞や袋をどのように固定するかという問題も生ずる。香料を付
けたカード、及び取り外すフラップを有する折り込みが香料サンプル用としてあ
るが、このフラップの場合、スラリーの状態の香料の本質から出発して準備した
香料を微小カプセルに封入し、ストリップに加え、保護バンドを取り外した時、
香料の香気を放つようにしている。しかし、これ等２個の従来の手段は皮膚に香
料を加えて試してみることができなく、従って十分な量の香料製品を皮膚に移す
ことができない欠点がある。しかも、香料はインクの香りや紙の香りに混じって
しまう可能性がある。
本発明の目的は、上述の従来技術の欠点を除去し、非常に経済的な香料サンプ
ラーを提供し、更に、絶対的に衛生的な状態下で、個々の自由な香料テストを実
施でき、香料サンプラーに使用した材料や表示支持体によって香料の香気が変化
することがない香料サンプラーを得るにある。また、本発明香料サンプラーは数
個の香料を組み込むことが可能である。
この目的を達成するため、本発明香料サンプラーは、紙、厚紙のような表示シ
ートと、この表示シートに接着するように設けた香料サンプル支持フィルムと、
ゲルの状態で前記支持フィルムに加えた少なくとも１個の香料サンプルと、この
香料サンプルに加えた除去可能な保護フィルムとを具え、前記保護フィルムを前
記支持フィルムから除去した際、この保護フィルムに前記香料サンプルが接着し
ていることによって前記香料サンプルが前記支持フィルムから除去され、これに
よりこの香料サンプルを皮膚に加えることにより前記香料サンプルのテストが可
能であることを特徴とする。
本発明の好適な実施例によれば、上記ゲルは香料の他に、粘度上昇剤、乳化剤
、軟化剤、生分解性結合剤、及び水から成る。
本発明の特に有利な実施例によれば、このゲルはこのゲルの全重量に対し、香
料１．５〜３％、粘度上昇剤０．２〜０．６％、乳化剤２〜５％、軟化剤０．１
〜０．５％、生分解性結合剤１５〜３０％、及び残り水から成る。
他の好適な実施例によれば、支持フィルムはオレオフォビックであり、アルミ
ニウム、又は処理ポリエチレンから成り、保護フィルムはオレオフィリックであ
り、アルミニウム、又は処理ポリエチレンから成る。
本発明の特に有利な好適な実施例によれば、保護フィルムがサンプル支持フィ
ルムを完全に覆っていて、保護フィルムがサンプル支持フィルムより一層広い表
面を有している。
本発明を限定しない本発明の特定の実施例を示している添付図面を説明するこ
とにより本発明の詳細、及び利点が一層明らかになる筈である。

第１図に示す香料サンプラーは、小さな糸状、又は帯状の接着剤２によって紙
、厚紙等の表示シート３に接着する香料サンプル支持フィルム１を具える。この
表示シート３は、例えば提示する香料に関する広告本文のような銘字４と、支持
フィルム１に加えた香料サンプル５と、この香料サンプル５に加えた除去可能な
保護フィルム６とを具える。この香料サンプル５は、香料の他に粘度上昇剤、乳
化剤、軟化剤、生分解性結合剤、及び水から成る特徴を有するゲルの状態である
。本発明によればこのゲルは、ゲルの全重量に対し、香料１．５〜３％、粘度上
昇剤０．２〜０．６％、乳化剤２〜５％、軟化剤０．１〜０．５％、生分解性結
合剤１５〜３０％、及び残り水から成るのが有利である。このようにして、ゲル
の状態の香料サンプルの特定の組成により、除去可能な保護フィルム６を支持フ
ィルム１から除去した時、この保護フィルム６に接着している香料サンプル５を
支持フィルム１から除去ずることができ、このようにして香料サンプルを皮膚に
加えることにより、又は皮膚に軽く擦ることにより香気テストを行うことができ
る。
帯状、又は小さな糸状の接着剤によって支持フィルム１を表示シート３に必ず
しも接着する必要はなく、表示シートに接着させるため、その表面を例えば自己
接着性にしてもよい。この支持フィルムはオレオフォビック材料から成るのが有
利であり、又はそのような材料、即ち脂肪を拒絶する材料と、香水、即ち香料と
から成るのが有利である。この目的のために適する材料はアルミニュウム、又は
この種の用途のため処理したポリエチレンである。また、考慮した用途により、
この支持フィルムを例えば白、銀色のような不透明にすることができ、又は透明
にすることができることに注意すべきである。保護フィルム６は支持フィルム１
より広い面を有ずるのが好適な不透明、又は不透明でないフィルムにし、支持フ
ィルムから容易に除去できるようにする。この保護フィルムはオレオフィリック
材料から成るのが好適であり、又は例えばアルミニウム、、又は処理ポリエチレ
ンのような材料で作り、その表面に接触してその上にある香料ゲルを維持し得る
ようにする。この保護フィルムは、ゲル、又はエマルションの状態にある香料の
本質の特定の稠度だけによって支持フィルム、即ち下のフィルム１に接着する。
ここに特定したように、保護フィルム、即ち上のフィルム６を除去すると、香料
の本質５は保護フィルムのみに接着しているので、この処置した香料の本質５の
全体自身が支持フィルム、即ち下のフィルム１から分離する。このようにして、
この香料を皮膚に加えることによって、この保護フィルムにより香料のテストを
行うことができる。ここに示したサンプラーの場合のように、保護フィルムがサ
ンプラーの支持フィルム全体を覆っており、保護フィルムが支持フィルムよりも
広い表面を有する場合には、点状の接着剤７を表示シート３に設け、保護フィル
ム６を表示シート３に直接接着できるようにする。この場合は毛管現象によって
本質的に得られる接着力の補強が両フィルム間に必要なのである。第１図に示す
ように、支持フィルムを越えて表示シートまで延びている保護フィルムの端縁８
を直接接着できるよう、これ等点状の接着剤７を表示シート上に位置させる。テ
ストすべき香料が変化しないよう、フィルム１、６、及び接着剤の線２、７を無
臭なものにする。
支持フィルム１には印刷を行わないが、保護フィルム６の外側に、即ち香料サ
ンプル５が直接接触しない保護フィルムの面に印刷を施してもよい。このように
すれば、印刷部は香料や皮膚に接触しない。保護シート６を希望する形状に切断
することができる。例えばここで考えている場合のように、長方形に切断する。
このようにして、このサンプラーをグラフィックの概念に組み込むことができ、
印刷された表示シートのページ付けに編入することができる。
第２図は本発明サンプラーの拡大横断面図で、表示シート３に加えた支持フィ
ルム１、香料サンプル５、及び保護フィルム６を示す。
上述の本発明によって得られる多くの利点の他に、次のことにも注意すべきで
ある。即ち、接着剤、又はその他の固着手段を追加することなく、香料サンプル
を適用できること、保護フィルムを剥がさない限り、このサンプラーは無臭のま
まであること、即ち実際上、香料は全く他に接触せず、変性することなく、使用
したフィルムが香料のゲルの蒸発と硬化とを防止していることである。更に、ゲ
ルの状態にしたことによって、従来のサンプラーに比較し、香料の本質の消耗が
