支持用のホルダー10が取付けられた適宜支持手段11
の基端を連結するように構成したことにより、腹腔内の
胃、肝臓、腸、脾臓、腎臓、膵臓等の手術時に、手術台
の一端側左右側部の各支柱Dにアーチ型バーE等を架設
して固定された従来の 2個の巻上げ式牽引器60で、患
者Aの切開口Bの一方側の腹壁Cを一方側へ夫々牽引し
ておいて、本発明の手術用腹壁牽引器の牽引器本体7を
持って、牽引フック8を患者Aの切開口Bの他方側の腹
壁Cに引掛けて、その牽引器本体7を他方側へ移動させ
ながら牽引手段9を適宜位置まで引出し、これに伴って
巻込ホイール3と歯車4とが同時に回転しながら渦巻き
バネ5が弾撥力に抗して巻込まれ、そして、適宜位置で
渦巻きバネ5の弾撥力をロック機構6にてロックして、
支持手段11のホルダー10を、手術台の他端側左右側
部のいずれかの側枠Fに支持するのみで良いため、患者
