Claims (1)
幅方向に折重ね合せローラで複合圧延し、この麺帯を一
対の溝形ローラ間に導き丸い棒状麺を形成し、これをコ
ンベヤに乗せて進路を変え前記ローラ列に並列設置した
数段の圧延ローラにより再び麺帯に形成し、これを数段
の各一対の溝形ローラ間に導き漸次細い棒状麺に成形し
、この棒状麺の方向を変えコンベヤで流し乍ら回転刃で
一定長さに切断し、更に熟成コンベヤに順次押出し移乗
させて間欠的に移送し、この定寸棒状麺を、コンベヤを
介して成型器に送り下部の凹凸ローラで混合加圧して帯
状に押し出し、更に数段の各一対の圧延ローラを通して
所定厚の麺帯を形成し、麺長切断回転刃及び麺線切出し
ローラを通し定寸の麺線をコンベヤで送り出す生麺の製

一定長さに切断する回転刃と、該コンベヤの前面に切断
棒状麺を順次押出し乗置して間欠的に移送する熟成コン
ベヤ及び搬送コンベヤと、該搬送コンベヤから切断棒状
麺を受け入れるホッパ下に凹凸ローラを設けた成型器と
、該成型器より押出された麺帯を順次薄くする数段の圧
延ローラと、この最終の圧延ローラの直下に麺帯を所定
長さに切断する回転刃と、次いで上記麺帯を所定の細さ
に切断する切出しローラと、該切出しローラの下に切出
