Such repair work can be carried out using a single dedicated asphalt pavement repair vehicle that has all of the above functions, or by a combination of single-purpose asphalt pavement repair vehicles that have each of the above functions individually or in combination. be. In either case, the heating device having the function of heating and softening the asphalt pavement surface has a structure in which a burner heats a heating plate, etc. whose lower surface faces the paved road surface, and heats and softens the asphalt pavement surface with the secondary radiation heat. However, if it were made larger to increase work efficiency, a large amount of fuel would be required for the burner.

By the way, the fuel mentioned above is usually liquefied gas (hereinafter referred to as LPG) from the viewpoint of economy and operability.
However, since a large amount of heat is required to vaporize LPG, if a large amount of gas is used, the liquid temperature will drop, reducing the amount of evaporation and resulting in an inconvenient supply of fuel. . In order to avoid such inconveniences, it is possible to vaporize the liquefied gas by installing an appropriate heating means, but it is also recommended to install a vaporizer in the middle of the supply system or use a new combustion system as a heat source. This is not preferable because it complicates the device.

The present invention was developed in consideration of the above circumstances, and it heats LPG using the heat of the exhaust gas from the engine installed in asphalt pavement repair vehicles, prevents the temperature from decreasing due to latent heat of vaporization, and maintains a steady state. To provide a heating device for an asphalt pavement repair vehicle that can efficiently heat an asphalt pavement road surface by supplying fuel gas to a burner.

1 to 3 show an embodiment of a heating device for an asphalt pavement repair vehicle according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, a vehicle 1 having a heating device according to the present invention is operated from a driver's cab 1a. , the tires 2 are driven by the engine 3 mounted on the tower, and the vehicle moves forward to the left in FIG. A hopper 4 for new asphalt mixture is provided at the front upper part of this vehicle 1, and at the rear of the hopper 4, a plurality of LPG
A fuel cylinder 5 is placed. In addition, at the bottom of the vehicle 1, from the front to the rear, there is a heater 6 that heats and softens the pavement surface using the LPG as fuel, a rotary scarifier 7 that cuts the softened pavement surface, and a rotary scarifier 7 that spreads the cut pavement material. A first screed 8, a first screed 9 for leveling this, a second screw 10 for spreading the new composite material conveyed and spread from the hopper 4 to the rear of the first screed, a second screed for leveling this Screeds 11 are provided one after the other. Each of the working devices installed at the lower part of the vehicle and working on road surface repair work is pulled upward as shown by the solid line in the figure while the vehicle is running. However, while working,
For example, as shown by the two-dot chain line for the heater 6, any of the lower devices can be lowered into close proximity to the asphalt pavement surface.

Moreover, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the front part of the vehicle 1,
The respective discharge ports of the LPG cylinders 5 are collected into a collecting pipe 12 by a hose 5a. This collecting pipe 12 is further branched and connected to each burner 13 of the lower heater 6. This heater 6
In this example, heating boxes 6a formed in the shape of a hollow sealed box with a bottom plate facing the road surface are arranged and supported in a vertical and horizontal manner on a support frame 6b, and the entire heating box is formed into a flat plate shape, and a nozzle of a burner 13 is installed inside each heating box. It is made possible by the coming of this. The above LPG cylinder 5 is a water bath 1
The lower part is immersed in 4. This water tank 14 has a perforated partition plate installed horizontally at the bottom, and is filled with water to an appropriate height beyond this partition plate, and the LPG cylinder 5 is placed on the partition plate, with its lower part being above the above-mentioned level. It is designed to be submerged in water. Further, in the space between the bottom surface of the water bath 14 and the partition plate, there is provided an engine that runs the vehicle 1 and drives the work equipment, as shown in FIG. 3, which is a system diagram of the heating device 15. One branch pipe 17 of the exhaust pipes 16 of No. 3 is arranged in a meandering manner, and its end is connected to a muffler 19, and the other branch pipe 18 is directly connected to the muffler 19. Furthermore, electromagnetic valves 17a and 18a are attached to the branch pipes 17 and 18 near the branch points,
It is designed to open and close alternately according to the support value of a pressure gauge attached to the LPG cylinder 5. This pressure gauge and electromagnetic valves 17a and 18a constitute a water temperature adjustment mechanism. Further, a pressure regulating valve 20 is attached to the collecting pipe 12 to keep the outlet pressure constant. This pressure regulating valve 20 is operated from the operator's cab, and is adapted to adjust the amount of gas fed to the burner 13.

First, the vehicle 1 is moved to an asphalt pavement repair site, and each working device at the bottom of the vehicle is lowered. Next, the pressure regulating valve 20 is opened, LPG gas is led out, and the burner 13 is ignited, and then repair is started while the vehicle 1 is gradually moved forward.

In this case, the LPG in the LPG cylinder 5 is vaporized and consumed as fuel for the burner 13, but the heat of vaporization is taken away and the temperature decreases. As a result, the pressure inside the LPG cylinder 5 becomes low, making it impossible to extract a predetermined amount of fuel gas. However, when the pressure falls below a predetermined value, the electromagnetic valve 17a opens and the electromagnetic valve 18a closes, and the exhaust gas from the engine 3 passes through the branch pipe 17 and is discharged from the muffler 19. Warmed, LPG cylinder 5
pressure increases. Furthermore, when the pressure exceeds a predetermined value, the electromagnetic valve 17a is closed and the electromagnetic valve 18a is opened, and the exhaust gas is sent directly to the muffler 19, so that heating of the water bath 14 is stopped. Therefore, the pressure of the LPG cylinder 5 is maintained within a predetermined range, sufficient fuel is supplied to the heater 6, and there is no danger that the pressure of the LPG cylinder 5 will rise more than necessary due to excessive temperature rise. Nor.

As mentioned above, the heating device according to the present invention is
LPG fuel is vaporized using the heat of the exhaust gas from the engine installed in asphalt pavement repair vehicles, so economical LPG fuel can be used to heat pavement surfaces that require high fuel consumption. Sufficient fuel is reliably supplied to the container without causing a supply shortage, and paved road surfaces with large heating areas can be efficiently heated and softened, allowing efficient repair. In addition, since the liquefied gas containers are housed in a water bath and the exhaust gas pipe is inserted into the water bath, the equipment is easy to construct and the liquefied gas containers can be easily replaced. The temperatures of the gases also become equal, and vaporization occurs evenly.

In addition, the temperature of the liquefied gas does not fluctuate greatly in response to fluctuations in the temperature of the exhaust gas, and the gas pressure is kept constant by the water temperature adjustment mechanism that opens and closes the exhaust gas pipe based on the pressure of the liquefied gas container. This has excellent effects such as the fact that the supply is always evenly distributed.
