配管の基端をコンクリートポンプ側の配管に接統し、先
端をブーム装置に沿設した配管に接続してある,また車
体、特に旋回台近辺には側方に張り出し可能なアウトリ
ガを設け,ブーム装置を張り出して作業する際に転倒す
る危険を防止するようになっている.
(c)発明が解決しようとする課題
ところが前記構造であれば、アウトリガが接続配管に当
らないようにするために接続配管に対してアウトリガの
位置を#J後にずらす必要がある.
そのためアウトリガを接続配管より前方に配置するとブ
ーム装置格納スペース(旋回台から車両後端までの長さ
〕が短かくなり,長尺なブーム装置の搭載ができないと
いう欠点がある.またアウトリガを接続配管より後方に
配置すると前記欠点は解消できるが,ブーム装置を前方
に張り出した場合には前転しやすくなり非常に危険にな
る.
本発明は上述の問題を解決するためになされたもので、
その目的は長尺なブーム装置の搭載を可能にするととも
にブーム装置を前方に張り出した際の前転を防止するよ
うにしたコンクリートポンプ車を提供するものである.
(d)課題を解決するための手段
本発明は前記目的を達成するものである.即ち本発明は
、車体の前部に運転室を,後部にコンクリートポンプを
設け、車体の中央には架台を立設したサブフレームを固
定するとともに架台トに支柱を立設した旋回台を設け、
前記支柱に配管が沿設されたブーム装置を起伏可能に設
けたコンクリートポンプ車において、前記サブフレーム
若しくは架台に,斜前後側方に張り出し可能となるよう
にアウトリガをX字形に設け、前記運転室後方と7ウト
リガ前方との間の三角状の空間内で且つ旋回台の旋回中
心線上に接続配管を起立させ、前記接続配管は途中にて
回転可使とするとともに基端にコンクリートポンプ側の
配管を先端にブーム装置側の配管をそれぞれ接続してな
ることを第1の特徴とする.
また本発明は、車体の前部に運転室を、後部にコンクリ
ートポンプを設け、車体の中央には架台を立設したサブ
フレームを固定するとともに架台上に支柱を立設した旋
回台を設け、前記支柱に配管が沿設されたブーム装置を
起伏可能に設けたコンクリートポンプ車において,#記
サブフレーム若しくは架台に,上部アウトリガと下部ア
ウトリガとを斜前vkgs方に張り出し可能となるよう
にX字形に設け,前記上部アウトリガの内.前方に張り
出す上部アウトリガの下方にて湾曲した下部接続配管を
外側方から内側に延出させ、前記下部接続配管を、上下
部アウトリガ前方の三角状の空間であって旋回台の旋回
中心線上に起立させた北部接続配管に接続し,前記上下
部接続配管の途中にて回転可能にするとともに下部接続
配管はコンクリートポンプ側の配管に上部接続配管はブ
ーム装置側の配管にそれぞれ接続してなることを第2の
特徴とする.
