なかつた。Structure of conventional example and its problems Conventionally, this type of electric cooker has a heating element 2 provided on the back surface of a plate 1 and electrically connected to the heating element 2, as shown in FIGS. A connecting pin 3 is provided at the end of the plate 1, and a plug-in thermostat 5 is inserted and connected to the connecting pin 3 to sense the temperature of the plate 1 and control the energization to the heating element 2. ing. As shown in FIG. 2, the heating element 2 has a heating wire 7 buried in an insulating material 6, and one end of a terminal bar 8 bent in an L-shape is connected to the end of the heating wire 7. Terminal bar 8
A part of the other end is made to protrude from the surface of the insulating material 6. Furthermore, a lead wire 9 made of wire is connected to the protruding portion at the other end of the terminal bar 8. On the other hand, the insulating plate 10 and the terminal plate 11 which is bent into a substantially L shape and has a flat part are fixed by caulking the connecting pin 3, and the lead wire 9 is attached to the flat part of the terminal plate 11. The end portion was placed, and the lead wire 9 and the terminal plate 11 were clamped and connected with a screw 13 via a washer 12. However, in this configuration, the lead wire 9 made of wire material is sandwiched and connected between the flat parts of the terminal plate 11 and washer 12 made of sheet metal, so the connection area is very small, and therefore the heating element 2 During heating and cooling, the clamping pressure decreases due to external loads caused by attaching and detaching the plug-in thermostat 5, and as a result, problems such as abnormal heat generation and failure to conduct electricity may occur, and complete connection may not be possible. Ta.

るものである。Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the electric cooking appliance of the present invention includes a plate having a heating element on the back side, a terminal bar protruding from the heating element, and a connecting pin connected to a power source through an insulating plate. It has a lead plate that is clamped and fixed and connected to the terminal bar, and the lead plate is made of sheet metal, and one end that contacts the insulating plate is bent into a substantially L-shape, and the bent part is bent. The width is reduced in the bent portion, and at the other end of the lead plate there is approximately L which bends and protrudes from the side end of the lead plate.
A letter-shaped tongue piece is provided to connect to the terminal bar, and the insulating plate is further provided with a recessed portion having a width slightly larger than the narrowed portion at a position corresponding to the narrowed portion of the bent portion of the lead plate. With this configuration of the lead plate and the insulating plate, the electrical connection between the connecting pin and the terminal bar of the heating element can be easily and reliably established.

A heating element 22 is provided with a portion a buried in an insulating material 23, and one end of a terminal bar 24 bent in an L-shape is connected to the end of the heating wire 22a. A portion of the end protrudes from the surface of the insulating material 23.

The lead plate 27 made of sheet metal is clamped and fixed via the insulating plate 26 by caulking the connecting pin 25, and the insulating plate 27 of the lead plate 27 is
One end in contact with 6 is bent into an L-shape, and this bent portion 28 has a narrow width. Further, on the other end side of this lead plate 27, there is a substantially L-shaped tongue piece 2 that bends and protrudes from the side end of this lead plate 27.
9, and an oblong and convex welding projection 30 is provided at the tip of the tongue piece 29.
Then, this welding projection 30 and the terminal rod 24 protruding from the insulating material 23 are brought into contact,
Both 24 and 30 are connected by electric resistance welding or the like.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the lead plate 27 is made of sheet metal, and the lead wire 27 is passed through the insulating plate 26. Since it is directly connected to the terminal, a sufficient contact area can be secured and a reliable connection can be achieved. Further, since the terminal plate 11, washer 12, screw 13, etc. shown in the conventional example are also unnecessary, the number of parts can be reduced, and as a result, the configuration can be greatly simplified.

とができる。 In addition, the welding tongue piece 29 provided on the other end side of the lead plate 27 and the terminal bar 24 are connected by electric resistance welding, etc., but the lead plate 27 may be set naturally due to variations in dimensions due to processing etc. In this state, it is very difficult to bring the tongue piece 29 and the terminal bar 24 into complete contact with each other, and therefore a certain amount of gap occurs. If welding is carried out in this condition, there will be variations in the welding pressure and the weld strength will not be stable, resulting in weak joints that may break during use.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the width of the bent portion 28 at the end, which is the root portion of the lead plate 27, in contact with the insulating plate 26 is locally reduced, so that the width is reduced locally to the extent that it does not affect the pressurizing force during welding. , the welding tongue piece 29 provided at the tip of the lead plate 27 can be moved. Furthermore, since the insulating plate 26 is provided with a recess 31 having a width slightly larger than the narrow width part of the lead plate 27 at a position corresponding to the narrow width part of the lead plate 27, the tongue piece 2 of the lead plate 27
It is possible to release the twisting of the narrow width portion at the base which is twisted when the lead plate 9 moves, and as a result, the welding tongue piece 29 provided at the tip of the lead plate 27 can be easily moved.

By providing a concave portion with a width slightly larger than the narrow portion corresponding to the narrow portion of the bent portion of the plate, the number of parts is reduced, resulting in a simpler configuration, and a stable electrical connection is made possible. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a highly reliable electric cooker at a low cost.
