This conveyor inverts and stirs the product while spraying the projectile material. However, in the case of small products of about 2 to 3 cm, there are problems such as the products getting caught between the apron conveyor and the wall of the cleaning room. Therefore,
It is necessary to put a small product inside a mesh cage and spray the projectile material.

The media gets in the way, making it difficult to properly apply the shot material to the workpiece.

The upper end of this dam part is arranged at a position higher than the bottom of the terminal end of the barrel tank, and the injection port of the injection processing means is arranged above the dam part of this barrel tank. A first screen is provided on the bottom surface of the barrel tank to separate the workpiece and barrel media from the shot material and burrs, and below that, a second screen is provided to separate the shot material and burrs that have passed through the first screen. It is arranged. Further, a sorting screen is disposed at a position different from the position where the first screen is stretched, which separates the workpiece from the barrel media and leaves only the barrel media that has passed through the barrel tank.

First, the barrel means will be explained. The barrel means includes a barrel tank 2 mounted on a pedestal 1 and supported by a support spring 3, and this barrel tank 2 is of a vibrating rotation type that is vibrated by a known vibration means such as a vibration motor 4. The barrel tank 2 has a spiral shape and is open at the top. The vibration means is a vibration motor 4.

a and 4b generate vibrations in the horizontal plane, and the barrel tank 2
The products and media inside vibrate and rotate at the same time. The product and the media are circulated in the barrel tank 2 while being spirally rotated and stirred, and the barrel tank 2 is provided with a dam part 5. The dam section 5 connects the starting end and the terminal end of the barrel tank 2, and the products to be processed and the media for barrel processing circulate from the starting end to the terminal end, and return to the starting end after getting over the dam section. The terminal end of this barrel tank 2 is located above the starting end, and the upper end of the dam portion 5 is located at a higher level than the bottom surface of the terminal end.

のである。<Effects of the invention> As described above, the present invention provides a barrel/injection device that can be used in three ways: as a dual-use type for barrel and injection processing, or for processing only barrels, and processing only injection. With a single machine, the user can select a processing method according to his or her needs. In particular, since the injection port of the injection processing means is disposed in the barrel tank of the barrel polishing means, barrel polishing and injection processing can be performed at the same time. Since the product is constantly stirred in the barrel tank, it is possible to achieve good spray processing. Moreover,
The products are not stirred by a belt or the like, but are stirred and transferred by the vibrating rotation of the barrel tank, so even small products will never get caught between the belt and the interior wall of the room. As a result, it is possible to eliminate the hassle of having to place small products in a basket and perform injection processing. Moreover, the barrel polishing means is a vibrating rotating barrel, and the injection port of the injection processing means is arranged above the dam part of the barrel tank, so that when the product crosses the dam part, the blasting material is injected. This allows for the best agitation of the product during barrel processing, allowing the product to emerge from the media best, and allowing spray processing to be carried out at the optimal position where the blasting material hits evenly.
