Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a noise prevention device which can be mounted at any position of electrical wire and eliminate the generation of noise by installing a pressure connection groove having a pressure connection blade and an electric wire clamping section to a noise prevention device main body made of a synthetic resin material so that they may face each other and installing a stopper clip in a projecting manner and a chip capacitor between conductors. CONSTITUTION:In a portion equivalent to a section of a standing wave in an automobile electric wiring D, the electric wire D is adapted to be positioned in a pressure connection groove and on an electric wire clamping section 8 so that a lock stopper 10 may be engaged with a joint section 11 by closing a cover A2. The closing motion of the cover A2 forces a projected part 12 to press the electric wire so that it may be pushed into the pressure connection groove 3. During this operation, pressure connection blades 3a cut off a covering D1, and comes into contact with a conductor D2 as well. A series of conductive sections B are formed by plating on the pressure connection blades 3a so that the conductor D2 may be communicated with the conductive sections B. Under this state, a noise prevention device main body A is mounted by inserting its stopper clip 6 into the hole of a chassis, which grounds the conductor D2 with the chassis by way of the conductive section B formed on the surface of the stopper clip 6.

(Prior Art) For example, in automobiles, conduction noise from noise sources with high frequency components such as horns and wiper controls, external noise from neon signs, and induction noise are carried on electric wires and are transmitted to radios and EFIC CPUs. , causing malfunctions and other problems to various sensors. Conventionally, as a countermeasure against this problem, if the source of the noise is known, a noise filter is attached to the source of the noise, or a noise filter is attached to the victim equipment, but this method has not been sufficiently effective.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The present invention can be easily attached to the electrical wiring connected to the noise generation source or the victim equipment even if a noise filter is not provided in the noise source or the victim equipment. A standing wave of current is generated on the wire due to the impedance mismatch between the wire and the load, and focusing on the fact that a great effect was obtained by attaching a noise filter to this node, we decided to apply a noise filter to any node of the standing wave. In addition, it can be easily manufactured.

The conductor portion B is formed by the 2-SHOT method. That is,
The noise prevention device main body A is molded in the first stage using a synthetic resin material in which a catalyst such as palladium is dispersed, and in the second stage, the conductor part is molded using a synthetic resin material that does not contain a catalyst. Then, the surface of the molded product is roughened using chromic acid and sulfuric acid, and electroless plating is applied to form the conductor part B. At the time of electroless plating, the chip capacitor C is housed in the positioning recess 4 in advance, and the electrode portion is plated by electroless plating to be fixed at the same time as circuit connection.
