本考案は、銅の電解精製に使用するアノード
(陽極板)を製造するための銅製鋳型の改良に関

従来、上記の銅アノードを鋳造するために一般
に用いられている銅製鋳型は、溶銅を鋳込む関係

においてブスバーに懸架するアノードの左右吊手
部下面(いわゆる耳下)が鋳型の溶損や変形によ
つて平滑でなくなると、アノードを懸架した場合
の垂直性にバラツキが生じ、電流効率が悪化する

電流効率の向上に大きな利益をもたらし、さらに
上記の如くアノードの左右吊手部下面の成形を角
鋼により行なうので、鋳型の該部分が溶損する虞
れがないから、鋳型自体の寿命も延びる等、構成
極めて簡単にして優れた効果を発揮するものであ
