成して、該密閉空間Ｓ，Ｓ′内に冷却空気を積極
的に供給する手段４，５，６を設け、以て該密閉
空間Ｓ，Ｓ′の内部を冷却ブロツク内部より高圧
に維持するように構成したことを特徴とする冷却
