Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、流水管系例えば多層構造物の排水管
系の継手部分の漏水を検査する為の漏水検査具に
関する。

問題もある。更に、空気袋と管内壁間のシール性
が比較的悪いうえ、空気袋がホースの先端に固着
されているため、ホースが管内へ円滑に入り難い
という問題がある。

本考案は、上記の問題点を解消する為に創案さ
れたものであり、その目的は水圧に耐えうると共
に、部品点数の削減が図れ、しかも袋部の膨脹時
に於けるシール性が良好なうえ、ホースを管内へ
円滑に挿入できるようにした漏水検査具を提供す
るとにある。

bの壁部には膨脹時に管内壁面に密着する複数個
の外方へ突出したリング状の突条部1b′を、ま
た、前記止水部1bの先端部には外表面が球面状
の肉厚部を夫々設けたことを考案の基本構成とす
るものである。

数は本実施例に限定されるものではなく、三個所
以上に形成しても良い。

行く。そして、止水部1bが第3図に示すように
排水管3の継手部分3aの下方に達するとパイプ
部1aの繰り出しを止める。次に、流体供給源
(図示省略)から圧縮空気a(圧力1.5Kg/cm2〜3
Kg/cm2)を止水部1b内に圧入して該止水部1b
を第2図に示す如く膨張させ、排水管3内面へ密
着させる。このとき、止水部1bの突条部1b′が
排水管3内面に密着する為、シールは良好且つ確
実に行われる。その後、排水管3内に注水して止
水部1bよりも上方の部分に水を充満させ、継手
部分3aの漏水の有無を検査する。

ても良い。この場合、漏水検査後に止水部内の水
を排出しなければならないので、漏水検査具には
止水部内の水を適宜に排出しうる機構を設けてい
る。即ち、この機構は止水部1bの先端に穿設さ
れた排出口4と、止水部1b内に配設されて排出
口4を開閉しうる弁5と、弁5を遠隔操作しうる
操作手段とから成る。

されて居り、ワイヤロープ6が突出するパイプ部
1aにはシール材が介設されている。尚、本実施
例に於いてはパイプ部1aの基端側が分岐されて
居り、その一方はポンプ等の流体供給源に接続さ
れ、他方にはワイヤロープ6が挿通されている。

せる。止水部1b内の水を排出させると、該止水
部1bが収縮し、排水管3内の水は下方へ排出さ
れる。

とを一体的に形成した為、従来のようにバンド等
の締め付け具を必要とすることがない。その結
果、部品点数が削減してコスト低減を図り得る。
更に、本考案では止水部の壁面に、膨脹時に管路
内壁面へ密着する複数個の外方へ突出したリング
状の突条部を設けているため、管路内壁面と止水
部間のシール性能が著しく向上し、管路の試験水
圧をそれだけ高めることが出来る。
