よつて連通し、上記ケース本体をガス分離膜を隔
てて内側に高湿度の圧縮空気が流通する高圧側通
路と、その外側に乾燥空気が流通する低圧側通路
とに画成し、上記低圧側通路内にシリカゲル等の
粒状体からなる吸湿材を充填したことを特徴とす
