付け位置を規制するボス部の軸垂直面の形成位置
を軸方向に調整する必要があり、そのためには、
リム部に複数段の環状の円錐形絞り加工を施すこ
とが度々行われるが、半径方向放射状に突出部が
形成されると前記複数段の円錐形絞り加工が困難
であるので、歯付車の取付け位置の調節ができな
いという欠点を有しているばかりでなく、リム部
に半径方向放射状の突出部を成形するために塑性
加工を施すと、リム部に変形歪が発生して円周に
形成された歯の精度に狂いを生じさせるという致

の軸端部Sを取付けるボス部3はリム部4によつ
て前記周面部1と連続し、こられ周面部1、ボス
部3およびリム部4は一枚の板金で一体形成され
