The base fabric consists of a fabric woven with spun yarn and/or multifilament made of composite synthetic fibers using polyethylene, and polyethylene is laminated on one or both sides of this fabric, and one side of the fabric is laminated with polyethylene. The cloth adhesive tape or sheet according to item 1 or 4, wherein the fineness of the warp of the fabric is equal to or less than the fineness of the weft. 6. The cloth adhesive tape or sheet according to item 1, wherein the polyethylene laminate has a film thickness of 5 to 50 μm.
