When this is done, problems arise such as caregivers often developing lower back pain, and the physical and mental burdens on the disabled and their caregivers are significant and serious.

有した。 In addition, prior art (4) and (6) attempt to reduce the difficulty of transferring people with disabilities by raising and lowering the seats of wheelchairs, but they do not work well with toilet seats, showers, etc. It is not a device that can withstand everyday use. In addition, devices such as batteries, lifting motors, speed reducers (Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-6427), hydraulic hoists, etc. (Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-26025), as well as numerous gears, links, etc. are required, making the device complex. However, the wheelchair itself is heavy, making it inconvenient to carry and difficult to operate.

You need to carry it by holding it from front to back. This configuration has the problem of not being able to satisfy both the transfer action and the use action in daily life.

Since it pinches the flesh of the body, it is difficult to fold it smoothly, and it is also difficult to support the body when lifting the waist.

The rear end is extended and the rear end forms a free end, and the rear end has two lower struts to which the rear wheels are attached, and the vertical strut is above the lower strut and extends horizontally backward from the vertical strut and both are parallel to each other. A rear seat and a front seat are configured such that two seat columns extend to the rear end and form a free end, and a normal seat plate and a passenger seat plate attached between the seat columns can be exchanged. A combined seat, and two armrest supports whose lower ends are attached to a vertical support, extend horizontally and parallel to each other above the seat support, and whose rear ends form a free end and are erected. and a backrest seat that is removably attached between the upright parts of the armrest support, and a connecting means that connects the lower support and the seat support at the rear of the vertical support so that they can be raised and lowered. A wheelchair for persons with disabilities, and two vertical columns with front wheels attached to the bottom that can be raised and lowered freely, and a wheelchair that extends horizontally and parallel to the rear from the bottom of the vertical columns. The end part forms a free end part, and the rear end has two lower struts to which the rear wheels are attached, and a vertical strut above the lower struts extends horizontally and parallel to the rear from the vertical strut. A seat consisting of a rear seat and a front seat, the rear end of which is configured to have two seat supports forming a free end, and a normal seat plate and a passenger seat plate attached between the seat supports to be interchangeable. and two armrest supports, the lower end of which is attached to the vertical support, extends horizontally and parallel to the upper part of the seat support, and the rear end forms a free end and is erected. It is characterized by comprising a backrest sheet that is removably attached between the erected parts of the pillars, and a connecting means that connects the rear end of the lower pillar and the rear end of the seat pillar at the rear of the vertical pillar so as to be able to rise and lower. Provide wheelchairs for people with disabilities.

It consists of a rear seat consisting of a replaceable regular seat plate and a passenger seat plate, and a detachable front seat. A regular seat plate is attached to the rear seat when moving around in a normal wheelchair, and a toilet seat plate is replaced with this when using the toilet. At this time, the front seat remains, and the disabled person can easily change the rear seat while resting his or her thighs on the front seat.
