2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, instead of natural marble, crystallized glass is produced as a marble-like building material, and then crushed to form crystallized glass beads serving as a base, and the crystallized glass beads are heated in a mold. It is known that a building member having a predetermined shape is formed by crystallization (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 56-104747, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-10753).
No. 6, JP-A-3-80128).

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below. In the composition of the crystallized glass beads according to the present invention, 50 to 70% by weight of SiO 2 is used for the composition.
Not provide a sufficient mechanical strength is less than, is because the melting of the glass becomes difficult and greater than 70 wt%, Al 2 O
The reason for setting the content to 33 to 10% by weight is that if it is less than 3% by weight, sufficient crystallization cannot be achieved, and if it is more than 10% by weight, it becomes difficult to melt the glass. Also, CaO, BaO, ZnO
The reason why one or more of the above components is set to 20 to 30% by weight is that if less than 20% by weight, sufficient crystallization cannot be achieved,
If the amount is more than 10% by weight, the luster is lost and no marble pattern is exhibited, and one or more components of Li 2 O, Na 2 O and K 2 O are set to 5 to 7% by weight. If the content is less than 5% by weight, it becomes difficult to melt the glass, and if it is more than 7% by weight, the weather resistance is poor.

[0007] In the present invention, the antibacterial property of the above-mentioned base glass composition is increased by adding one or more antibacterial agents for supplying antibacterial metal ions such as silver, copper and zinc. The characteristic point is that it has been given. As the antibacterial agent, zeolite, zirconium hydrogen phosphate, silica gel, or the like adsorbed in the form of an oxide such as silver, copper, or zinc, or oxidized silver, copper, zinc, or the like in a soluble glass is used. What is contained in the form of a product is used.

The antibacterial agent contains, for example, 0.5 to 5% by weight of Ag 2 O with respect to the base glass composition, and is used as a crystallized glass member for building materials. If the amount is less than 0.5% by weight, a sufficient antibacterial effect cannot be exhibited.
It is not necessary to use more than% by weight. Further, such crystallized glass beads for building materials preferably have a particle size in the range of 3 to 7 mm. If it is less than 3 mm, the space between each glass bead becomes small and the marble pattern using the criticality of the glass beads cannot be expressed. If it is more than 7 mm, the space between each adjacent glass bead becomes large and sufficient mechanical strength is obtained. This is because strength is not obtained and it is not suitable as a building material.

[0009] In addition to the use as a crystallized glass bead for building materials whose members themselves have antibacterial properties as described above, a coloring glass for coloring crystallized glass beads for building materials having no antibacterial properties. It can also be used as beads. In this case, NiO to the base glass composition of the, Cr 2 O 3, one or more coloring agent component of the Fe 2 O 3 is contained 1 to 10% by weight, for example, Ag 2 O as an antimicrobial agent Is contained in an amount of 5 to 20% by weight. The content of the glass beads for coloring is about 2% by weight or more with respect to the crystallized glass beads for building materials which do not have antibacterial properties as a base material. It is necessary to use glass beads having a diameter of 1 mm or less, and preferably a particle diameter of about 500 to 800 μm.

[0010] The thus-prepared member itself is filled with crystallized glass beads for building materials having antibacterial properties or crystallized glass beads for building materials having no antibacterial properties and glass beads for coloring. 800-1100 ° C according to the method
By holding for 1 to 2 hours for crystallization, a building member having a predetermined shape having a marble pattern can be obtained. In addition, bending and the like can be easily performed by reheating the obtained building member in a temperature range lower than the crystallization temperature.

EXAMPLES Example 1 A crystallized glass having the composition shown in Table 1 was prepared, and this was crystallized as glass beads having a particle size of about 5 mm at 1000 ° C. for 1.5 hours.
An architectural member for wall decoration having a size of 50 × 50 mm and a marble pattern having a thickness of 5 mm was obtained. 0.2 ml of bacterial solution containing E. coli was dropped on the surface of this building member and covered with a sterilized film, and the number of viable cells was measured after standing at 35 ° C. for 24 hours. The number was 2.3 × 10 4 , but it was 10 or less, and it was confirmed that all exhibited excellent antibacterial effects. In all cases, no darkening of the surface was observed, and the appearance quality was satisfactory. In addition, as a result of the same test, it was confirmed that Escherichia coli was significantly growing, and the surface was dark and the appearance quality was inferior as a comparative example containing no antibacterial agent.

(Example 2) Crystallized glass containing a coloring agent having the composition shown in Table 2 was prepared and used as glass beads for coloring having a particle size of about 1 mm. This was added in a predetermined amount to crystallized glass beads for building materials having no antibacterial properties to obtain a building member for wall decoration having the same marble pattern as in Example 1. The same test as in Example 1 was performed on this building member to measure the number of viable bacteria. As a result, the number of viable bacteria at the start of the measurement was 2.3 ×
From 10 4 to 10 or less, it was confirmed that all exhibited excellent antibacterial effects. In all cases, no darkening of the surface was observed, and the appearance quality was satisfactory. In addition, the result of the test using the glass beads for coloring that does not contain an antibacterial agent, which is a comparative example,
Significant growth of Escherichia coli was confirmed, and the surface was dark and the appearance was poor.
