A container for storing shoe creams and the like. A certain amount of contents is taken out to an applicator or a measuring cap attached to a cap by squeezing a part of the container to provide a squeezing property capable of applying or measuring and taking out. Therefore, injection molding in which a resin is pressed into a mold by injection molding to form a container results in a thick-walled container, which is poor in elasticity and unsuitable. And it was. Generally, in injection molding, the thickness of a container is limited to about 1 mm. Therefore, a blow-molded container for blowing and molding a molten resin parison in a mold has been generally used. Examples of such blow-molded squeeze containers include the inventions disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication Nos. 54-9117 and 54-39798.

目的とする。For example, when a detergent or the like is used by stirring and mixing with water or the like in a container, the container is sealed and used by stirring with a shake or a spoon. In this case, the container has a wide mouth, and the container body has a shape smaller than the mouth. By the way, in a blow-molded container molded from a parison, the container opening to which the cap is fitted needs to be strong and rigid, so that it is inevitably required to have a thick wall. Only had been done. Therefore, the cross section of the container mouth is smaller than that of the container body. For these reasons,
When a container having a mouth portion larger than the container body is formed by blow molding, the thickness of the mouth portion becomes thinner, and there is a possibility that a problem such as poor sealing performance may occur in fitting with the cap.
Further, when a preform is formed in advance and a container having such a shape is blow-molded, the production cost increases, and in a container having a deformed cross section, it is difficult to uniformly form the thickness of the body. Become. In particular, in a container having a mouth section larger than that of the container body, it has been impossible to form a container having squeezing properties by blow molding. Similarly, in a normal injection-molded container, such a container having a large mouth portion can be molded, but the body of the container body is thick and hard, and it is impossible to impart squeezing properties. Was. In view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides a container in which the cross-sectional area of the container opening for fitting the cap is larger than the cross-sectional area of the container body, and which can be squeezed even by injection molding. The purpose is to provide.

The container 1 has a container opening 2 into which a cap is fitted, and a container body 3 having a side wall and a bottom continuous therewith.
Is a squeezable synthetic resin container integrally formed by injection molding. Polyethylene and polypropylene are used as the synthetic resin. The mouth portion 2 into which the cap is fitted is circular, has a vertical nozzle portion 4, a screw portion 5 for fitting the cap on its outer surface, and a flange portion 15, and has a thick structure having an opening portion 6 on one side (FIG. 1, FIG. 2).
The container body 3 includes an injection-molded side wall 7 and a bottom 8, and has a substantially elliptical cross section having a straight portion on a side surface, and is formed to be thinner than the nozzle portion 4 of the mouth 2. The left and right side surfaces 12 of the side wall 7 hang down from the nozzle portion 4, and the front and back surfaces 13 are continuous with the nozzle portion 4 at the tip end through the bent portion 14, and the mouth cross section is larger than the trunk cross section. (FIG. 3).

And a convex rib 11, and is provided over the side wall 7 over substantially the width of the side wall. The inner surface side of the container of the panel portion 9 is flat and coplanar, and a concave depression is formed on the outer surface side of the container. Almost the entire surface of the panel portion 9 is constituted by the thin portion 10 and the thickness is thinner than that of the side wall 7. In order to improve the fluidity of the resin at the time of injection molding, the panel portion 9 is formed. In the axial direction of the container, and in the same direction as the flow of the resin, convex ribs 11 are provided on the thin portion 10 of the panel portion 9 at regular intervals from the upper end to the lower end of the panel portion. As shown in FIG. 4, the height of the convex rib 11 is preferably approximately the same as the outer surface of the side wall 7.
The ribs allow the resin to flow into the thin portion 10 of the panel portion 9 without interruption. In the case of this container, the thickness of the body side wall is 0.8 mm, the thickness of the thin portion of the panel portion is 0.6 mm, and the height of the rib is 0.2 mm, but the thickness of the thin portion is 0 mm. It is preferably about 0.4 mm. The bottom portion 8 has a convex shape to withstand pressure, and the resin is injected from a gate portion at the center of the bottom portion. The shape of the panel portion is not limited to a rectangle, but includes a shape having a squeezing property such as a circle and an ellipse.

Since the squeezing property of restoring the panel portion even when pressure is applied to the panel portion is provided, there is an effect that the squeezing can be performed and an appropriate amount of contents can be taken out. Further, by providing a convex vertical rib in the thin portion in the same direction as the flow of the resin, the occurrence of molding defects such as short shots and weld lines that hinder the flow of the resin is prevented.
