Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.本質的に、 重量で約35%〜約55%のニトログアニジン; および 重量で約45%〜約65%の相安定化硝酸アンモニウム からなる、100℃を超す融点を有し且つ点火された時に爆燃できるガス発生組 成物。 2.前記相安定化硝酸アンモニウムが硝酸アンモニウムと安定剤の混合物であ り、前記安定剤は純粋硝酸アンモニウムでは約32℃で観察される相変化に関連 する体積及び構造の変化を最小にするのに有効な量で存在する、ことを特徴とす る、請求の範囲1のガス発生組成物。 3.前記安定剤が前記相安定化硝酸アンモニウムの約5%〜約25%(重量で )に相当することを特徴とする、請求の範囲2のガス発生組成物。 4.前記安定剤が、硝酸カリウム、過塩素酸カリウム、重クロム酸カリウム、 シュウ酸カリウムおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれたカリウム含有塩 であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲3のガス発生組成物。 5.ニトログアニジン/相安定化硝酸アンモニウムの比が重量で約1/1〜約 1/2であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲4のガス発生組成物。 6.本質的に、約40%〜約46%のニトログアニジンと約54%〜約60% の相安定化硝酸アンモニウムからなる、請求の範囲4のガス発生組成物。 7.前記安定剤が過塩素酸カリウムであることを特徴とする、請求の範囲6の ガス発生組成物。 8.前記安定剤が硝酸カリウムであることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜5の いずれか一項のガス発生組成物。 9.本質的に、 重量で約5%〜約40%のニトログアニジン; 組成物の弾性を増加させるのに有効な量から重量で約10%までのエラストマ ー結合剤; および 重量で約60%〜約85%の相安定化硝酸アンモニウム からなる、100℃を超す融点を有し且つ点火された時に爆燃できるガス発生組 成物。 10.前記相安定化硝酸アンモニウムが硝酸アンモニウムと安定剤の混合物で あり、前記安定剤は純粋硝酸アンモニウムでは約32℃で観察される相変化に関 連する体積及び構造の変化を最小にするのに有効な量で存在する、ことを特徴と する、請求の範囲9のガス発生組成物。 11.前記結合剤が、ポリウレタン、ポリカーボネート、ポリエーテル、ポリ スクシネート、熱可塑性ゴムおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれること を特徴とする、請求の範囲10のガス発生組成物。 12.前記結合剤が約0.5%〜約6%の量で存在することを特徴とする、請 求の範囲11のガス発生組成物。 13.前記組成物がさらに、重量で約0.10%〜約3%の可塑剤を含んでい ることを特徴とする、請求の範囲9〜12のいずれか一項のガス発生組成物。 14.前記可塑剤がジオクチルアジペートおよびヒドロキシ末端ポリブタジエ ンからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求の範囲13のガス発生組成物 。 15.前記組成物がさらに、重量で約0.10%〜約3%の表面改質剤を含ん でいることを特徴とする、請求の範囲9〜14のいずれか一項のガス発生組成物 。 16.前記表面改質剤が、オルガノチタネート、オルガノジルコネートおよび アミノ−シランからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求の範囲15のガ ス発生組成物。 17.前記ニトログアニジンが重量で約10%〜約30%の量で存在すること を特徴とする、請求の範囲9〜16のいずれか一項のガス発生組成物。 18.前記相安定化硝酸アンモニウムが重量で約70%〜約80%の量で存在 することを特徴とする、請求の範囲9〜17のいずれか一項のガス発生組成物。
