- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. シート材料基板と、 更にポリマーコーティングとを具備し、 前記ポリマーコーティングは前記シート材料基板の表面の上に敷かれてこの表 面に被着され、前記コーティングは、放射によりキュアされた架橋ポリマーを含 有し、前記架橋ポリマーは、約200〜3000のレンジの中の分子重量を有す る蒸着されたケイ素含有又はフッ素含有アクリル酸エステルプリポリマー混合物 から導出されるシート材料。 2. ポリマーコーティングが0.5ミクロン以下の厚さを有し、蒸着された 100%固体モノマーから導出され、残留溶液を有しないことを特徴とする請求 項1に記載のシート材料。 3. ケイ素含有又はフッ素含有アクリル酸エステルプリポリマー混合物が、 200〜3000の分子重量を有する多機能アクリル酸エステルモノマーの少な くとも20重量%を占めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシート材料。 4. プリポリマー混合物が、200〜600の分子重量を有するケイ素アク リル酸エステルを含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシート材料。 5. プリポリマー混合物が、300〜3000の分子重量を有するフッ化ア クリル酸エステルを含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシート材料。 6. ポリマーコーティングが、放射によりキュアされた架橋ポリマーを含有 し、前記架橋ポリマーは、ケイ素含有又はフッ素含有アクリル酸エステルモノマ ーと、200〜600のレンジの中の分子重量を有するアクリル酸エステルモノ マーとのブレンドから導出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシート材料 。 7. アクリル酸エステルモノマーが、25℃で200センチストーク以下の 粘度を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシート材料。 8. ケイ素含有又はフッ素含有モノマーが、ブレンドの少なくとも50重量 %を占めることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシート材料。 9. ポリマーコーティングが第1の架橋アクリル酸エステルポリマー層を有 し、前記第1の架橋アクリル酸エステルポリマー層は基板の表面の上に敷かれて この表面に接着され、前記ポリマーコーティングが第2の架橋アクリル酸エステ ルポリマー層を有し、前記第2の架橋アクリル酸エステルポリマー層は第1のポ リマー層の表面の上に敷かれてこの表面に接着され、前記第2の架橋ポリマー層 は、ケイ素含有又はフッ素含有アクリル酸エステルモノマーから導出されたポリ マーを含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシート材料。 10. 第2の架橋アクリル酸エステルポリマー層が、放射によりキュアされ た架橋ポリマーを含有し、前記架橋ポリマーは、ケイ素含有又はフッ素含有アク リル酸エステルモノマーと、約200〜600のレンジの中の分子重量を有する 多機能アクリル酸エステルモノマーとのブレンドから導出されることを特徴とす る請求項9に記載のシート材料。 11. 第1の架橋アクリル酸エステルポリマー層が、放射によりキュアされ た架橋ポリマーを有し、前記架橋ポリマーは、約200〜600のレンジの中の 分子重量を有する少なくとも20重量%の多機能アクリル酸エステルモノマーの から導出されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のシート材料。 12. 第1のポリマー層が、約150〜600のレンジの中の分子重量を有 するアクリル酸エステルプリポリマー混合物から導出されることを特徴とする請 求項9に記載のシート材料。 13. 第2の架橋ポリマー層が0.5ミクロン以下の厚さを有することを特 徴とする請求項9に記載のシート材料。 14. 第1の架橋ポリマー層が0.5ミクロン以下の厚さを有することを特 徴とする請求項9に記載のシート材料。 15. シート材料基板がポリマーフィルムを有することを特徴とする請求項 1に記載のシート材料。 16. ポリマーフィルムがポリオレフィン又はポリエステルフィルムを有す ることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のシート材料。 17. シート材料基板が紙を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシー ト材料。 18. シート材料基板と、 剥離コーティング層とを具備し、 前記剥離コーティング層は前記シート材料基板に接着されて、前記シート材料 のための露出外面を形成し、前記剥離コーティング層は、0.2ミクロン以下の 厚さを有し架橋され溶液無しでありケイ素含有又はフッ素含有であるアクリル酸 エステルポリマーを含有することを特徴とするシート材料。 19. 剥離コーティング層が0.1ミクロン以下の厚さを有することを特徴 とする請求項18に記載のシート材料。 20. ポリマーベースコーティング層を付加的に有し、前記ポリマーベース コーティング層はシート材料基板の表面の上に敷かれてこの表面に接着され、剥 離コーティング層は前記ポリマーベースコーティング層の表面の上にしかれてこ の表面に接着されていることを特徴とする請求項19に記載のシート材料。 21. 剥離コーティング層が約0.5ミクロンより薄い厚さを有し、ポリマ ーベースコーティング層が、約0.5ミクロンより厚い厚さを有することを特徴 とする請求項20に記載のシート材料。 22. ポリマーベースコーティング層が、放射によりキュアされた架橋アク リル酸エステルポリマーを含有することを特徴とする請求項20に記載のシート 材料。 23. シート材料基板を具備し、 ポリマーベースコーティング層を更に具備し、前記ポリマーベースコーティン グ層は前記シート材料基板の表面の上に敷かれてこれに接着され、前記ベースコ ーティング層は、放射によりキュアされた架橋ポリマーを含有し、前記架橋ポリ マーは、約150〜600のレンジの中の分子重量を有する蒸着アクリル酸エス テルプリポリマー混合物から導出され、 剥離コーティング層を更に具備し、前記剥離コーティング層は前記ポリマーベ ースコーティングの上に敷かれてこれに接着されて、前記シート材料のための露 出外面を形成し、前記剥離コーティング層は0.5ミクロン以下の厚さを有し、 放射によりキュアされた架橋ポリマーを含有し、前記架橋ポリマーは、蒸着され たケイ素含有又はフッ素含有アクリル酸エステルモノマーから導出されることを 特徴とするシート材料。 24. 約200〜3000のレンジの中の分子重量を有するケイ素含有又は フッ素含有のアクリル酸エステルプリポリマー混合物を蒸発し、 蒸発されたプリポリマー混合物を凝縮し、前記混合物のコーティングをシート 材料基板の表面に形成し、 凝縮されたプリポリマー混合物のコーティングを放射にかけ、これによりプリ ポリマー混合物をキュア及び架橋し、放射によりキュアされた架橋ポリマーコー ティングを前記基板に形成することを特徴とするコーティングされたシート材料 の製作方法。 25. 蒸発されたプリポリマー混合物を凝縮し前記混合物のコーティングを 形成するステップが、0.5ミクロン以下のコーティング厚さを形成することを 含むことを特徴とする請求項24に記載のコーティングされたシート材料。 26. 前記蒸発ステップが、ケイ素含有又はフッ素含有アクリル酸エステル モノマーと、約200〜600のレンジの中の分子重量を有する多機能アクリル 酸エステルモノマーとのブレンドを蒸発することを含むことを特徴とする請求項 24に記載のコーティングされたシート材料の製作方法。 27. プリポリマー混合物を凝縮し、前記混合物のコーティングを形成する ステップが、シート材料基板のアクリル酸エステルポリマーによりコーティング された表面に0.2ミクロン以下の厚さを有する前記コーティングを形成するこ とを含むことを特徴とする請求項24に記載のコーティングされたシート材料の 製作方法。 28. 約200〜3000のレンジの中の分子重量を有するケイ素含有又は フッ素含有アクリル酸エステルプリポリマー混合物を蒸発し、 蒸発されたプリポリマー混合物を凝縮し、前記混合物の0.5ミクロン以下の 厚さの薄肉コーティングをシート材料基板の表面に形成し、 凝縮されたプリポリマー混合物のコーティングを放射にかけ、これにより前記 プリポリマー混合物をキュア及び架橋し、放射によりキュアされた架橋ポリマー コーティングを前記基板に形成することを特徴とするシート材料基板に薄肉剥離 コーティングを作製する方法。 29. 蒸発ステップ及び凝縮ステップが、0.2ミクロン以下のコーティン グ厚さを形成するために実行されることを特徴とする請求項28に記載のシート 材料基板に薄肉剥離コーティングを作製する方法。 30. 約150〜600のレンジの中の分子重量を有し25℃で200セン チストーク以下の粘度を有する少なくとも1つのアクリル酸エステルモノマーを 含有する第1の放射キュア可能な混合物を生成し、 前記第1の混合物と混和せず、約200〜3000のレンジの中の分子重量を 有する少なくとも1つのアクリル酸エステルモノマーを含有する第2の混合物を 生成し、 前記第1の混合物と前記第2の混合物を蒸発し、 前記第1の混合物及び前記第2の混合物の蒸気を混合し、 前記第1の混合物と前記第2の混合物との混合蒸気を基板の表面に凝縮してコ ーティングを形成し、 前記コーティングを放射にさらし、これにより前記混合物をキュア又は架橋し 、通常は相容しない混合材料から成る相容可能なポリマーを形成することを特徴 とするコーティングされたシート材料の製作方法。 31. 第1の混合物及び第2の混合物を生成するステップが、前記第1の混 合物及び前記第2の混合物を別々の容器の中に蓄積することを含み、更に、前記 第1の混合物及び前記第2の混合物をそれぞれの前記容器から蒸発器チャンバの 中に供給することを含み、更に、前記第1の混合物及び前記第2の混合物を前記 蒸発器チャンバの中で霧化して、前記第1の混合物及び前記第2の混合物の蒸気 を蒸発及び混合することを含むことを特徴とする請求項30に記載のコーティン グされたシート材料の製作方法。 32. 霧化ステップが、霧化器ノズルに流入する直前に第1の混合物と第2 の混合物とを混合することを含むことを特徴とする請求項31に記載のコーティ ングされたシート材料の製作方法。 33. 霧化ステップが、第1の混合物及び第2の混合物を、互いに近接して 配置されているそれぞれの個別の霧化器ノズルから排出し、これにより、霧化さ れた混合物が混合されることを特徴とする請求項31に記載のコーティングされ たシート材料の製作方法。 34. 放射キュア可能な材料から成る第1のプリポリマー層及び第2のプリ ポリマー層をシート材料表面に蒸着し、前記第1の層及び前記第2の層が異なる 組成から成り、それぞれの層がアクリル酸エステルを含有し、前記層のうちの少 なくとも1つの層が多機能アクリル酸エステルモノマーを含有し、前記多機能ア クリル酸エステルモノマーは、その分子重量対そのアクリル酸エステル群の数の 比(MW/Ac)が少なくとも150であり、少なくとも1つの前記層は更に極 性アクリル酸エステルモノマーを含有し、前記極性アクリル酸エステルモノマー は4以上の誘電率を有し、前記第2の層はケイ素含有又はフッ素含有アクリル酸 エステルモノマーを含有することを特徴とするコーティングされたシート材料の 製作方法。 35. 第2のプリポリマー層を蒸着するステップが蒸着ステップであり、ケ イ素含有又はフッ素が有モノマーを蒸発し、前記第2の層を0.2ミクロン以下 の厚さで第1の層の表面に凝縮することを含むことを特徴とする請求項34に記 載のコーティングされたシート材料の製作方法。
