Abstract

PURPOSE: To set up a transformer by patterning a conductor on a non-magnetic insulating substrate spirally without eliminating the need for space on the substrate.
CONSTITUTION: The conductors 2 and 3 are formed on one surface of the non- magnetic insulating substrate 1 spirally. They are patterned in 60 between the conductor width W1 and the gap in each conductor by means of photoetching, vacuum depositing, and sputtering. This enables a transformer having the primary coil l1 and secondary coil l2 on the non-magnetic insulating substrate 1.
