Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out a good welding making control of welding easy, by shifting the laser light from the axis center of the material to be processed and enlarging welding extent. CONSTITUTION:The material to the processed 11 and the sleeve 12 are inclined about 45 against the laser light L and are support freely roratable centering around the axis center O of the material 11. Next, light axis of the light L is set parallel to X axis shifting the length l, standardizing X and Y axis making the center of the material 11 as intersecting point. Welding of joining part by laser is carried out by irradiating the light L on the weld point Q, rotating the material 11 and the sleeve 12 centering around the center O. By the above method, thickness is substantialy increased and welding extent is enlarged by increasing heat energy of the laser light. Accordingly, laser welding having a high mechanical strength, is carried out and a good welding condition is able to obtain without bringing out an accident, such as hole making etc., by abnormal heat absorption.
