Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate production by slidably contacting both inner and outer pieces always with the tip of a gear in oil-tight through an elastic pipe interposed between inner and outer pieces which form a filler piece. CONSTITUTION:A sickle-formed filler piece is arranged between a pinion 3 and an internal gear 4 which are engaged with and built-in rotatably in housings 1 and 2. The filler piece is formed of a pinion 3 tip sealing inner piece 5, a gear 4 tip sealing outer piece 6 and a plurality of pipe elements 9-11 having a high elasticity and nearly equal width and length of the pinion 3 and interposed between the inner and outer pieces. The oil pressure force is supported by the parts 9-11 through an low- pressure side stopper pin 7. The pin 7 also supports the oil pressure which acts to both pieces 5 and 6 and the part 9 in the generation of pump pressure. The constitution described above allows both pieces 5 and 6 to contact with the tips of both gears 3 and 4 in oil-tight, so the wear of the tips can be compensated, and precise tolerance of production is not necessary.
