Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the strength and improve the stability of magnetic performance by mixing and kneading the predetermined amount of organic resin having the predetermined viscosity with magnetic powder of R, Co and then molding it through compression.
CONSTITUTION: Intermetallic compound powder of R, Co is mixed and kneaded with thermosetting organic resin having the viscosity of 500W20000cp such as epoxy resin at the range of 5W14wt%. Mixing at this range provides easier compression powder molding without decreasing the magnetic performance of the molded magnet and allows to obtain a magnetic substance with no cracks or flaws oftenly caused at the time of molding. Thus, it is possible to obtain the exellent productibility and increase the strengh, while improving the stability of magnetic performance.
