Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture the high tensile galvanized steel sheet having a superior workability, by hot rolling a high Mn-Si steel and processing in sheet and moreover, carrying out zinc hot dipping after annealing at a specified temperature after cold rolling. CONSTITUTION:Slab of low carbon high Mn-Si steel containing 0.03-0.15% C, 2.0-3.0% Mn, <0.80% Si, 0.01-0.10% Al, is hot-rolled and hot rolled steel sheet is made and then, the sheet is rolled round a coil at >=650 deg.C coiling temperature. Next, the steel strip is manufactured by cold rolling after pickling the coil and removing oxides etc. on the surface. Batch annealing is carried out at a temperature between Ac1 transformation point and Ac3 transformation point. Composite structure of ferrite and martensite generated during cooling after annealing or low temperature transformation phase as intermediate step structure is formed by said annealing. Zinc is plated on the strip passing through the molten zinc bath and gelvanized steel sheet having a superior workability and >=40kg/mm.<2> tensile strength, is manufactured.
