PURPOSE:To form finely granulated liquid emulsion in great quantities in a short time by mixing and circulating liquids of different specific gravity in an agitating water tank provided with a static mixer and a circulating pump. CONSTITUTION:In a device that forms liquid emulsion for boiler fuel, etc. an emulsifying agent is simultaneously mixed with liquids of different specific gravity such as oil 3 and water 6. This resulting liquid is put in an agitating water tank 11 provided with a static mixer and a circulating pump 15 and the two liquids are sucked separately by the circulating pump from plural suction ports 4, 7. When it passes through the static mixer 15, it becomes a perfect liquid emulsion by its mixing force. Thus, a liquid contg. emulsion particles can be produced effectively in great quantities in a short time.
