Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a highly precise quantity of a working liquid, prevent air penetration and make properties uniform by filling working liquid in a unfinished heat pipe with one end closed, applying a flexible plug, attaching an injection needle-shaped thin tube suction device, sucking an extra working liquid in the unfinished pipe and then sealing/cutting the unfinished pipe. CONSTITUTION:A working liquid 5 is filled in a unfinished heat pipe 1 with one end of closed and an opening is closed with a plug 10 such as rubber, etc. Next, a suction device 14 is inserted into the plug 10 by means of an injection needle-shaped thin tube 11 and working liquid 5 inside the unfinished pipe 1 is sucked up by means of a piston 13 until the working liquid 5 inside the pipe 1 reaches a prearranged quantitative level. Following this procedure, after the thin tube 11 was pulled out, the open end of the unfinished pipe 1 is pressed, sealed and cut. In this manner, it is possible to obtain a highly precise quantity of working liquid, prevent air penetration and make properties uniform.
