Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the gain set with high accuracy and to make monolithic formation easy, by replacing one or both of input and feedback resistors of an operational amplifying circuit with on-resistance of a switching element. CONSTITUTION:Switch elements 20-29 consisting of MOSFETs are turned on or off with a selecting switching signal appeared at output lines 32-39 of decoders 30, 31 and operation is made that the resistance value of input and feedback resistors is set with that at on-state. A noninverting input 16 of an operational amplifier 1 is grounded, and an inverting input 15 is at virtual grounding point, showing equivalence as being grounded. Thus, the gate and source voltage to the elements 22-29 is the same, and since the ratio of on-resistances of the elements 22-29 is almost contact independently of the voltage change, no error is caused to the set of gain, allowing to keep high accuracy. Thus, high accuracy can simply be achieved and monolithic circuit can easily be made.
