Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve uniform display of numerals displayed on a transparent part even at night, by providing a reflection part inside the center of plate, and forming a display member of double plate shape having a hollow at the center with front and rear plates providing the transparent part at both sides. CONSTITUTION:A transparent part 23 consists of outside of front and rear plates 17a and 17b of a display member 17 to make said part 23 into double plate shape, and a reflection part 22 is provided inside the hollow part at the center. A plurality of members 17 are provided around a cylindrical drum at the specified intervals freely rotatably, and the member 17 is radiated with a light of a light source 21 provided near the side ridge of the members 17. The light from the light source 21 is effectively reflected at the reflection section 22 of the member 17 and the reflected light uniformly radiates the front and back plates 17a and 17b, allowing to exactly illuminate the numerals 18 for time display displayed on the transparent part 23.
