Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the water heater having excellent heat collecting capability and heat insulating property by preparing a double layer sheet consisting of a transparent thermoplastic synthetic resin film to which a large number of independent air chambers are formed and convering a heat collector with a water tank. CONSTITUTION:The transparent double layer A is shaped in such a manner that an intermediate film 2 obtained by molding concave sections 3' functioning as the air chambers 3 to a film having the same quality as a surface film through a vacuum embossing method, etc. is welded to the surface film 1 composed of the transparent thermoplastic synthetic resin film.
