Abstract
PURPOSE:To effectively prevent the adherence and deposition of the particles of a slurry to a mixer by maintaining the flow rate of the slurry, etc., near the lower end and inside of the conical bottom of the mixer at greater ones. CONSTITUTION:A mixing tank 1 is formed of a cylindrical part 1a, a lower positive core type conical bottom 1b, and a ceiling part 1c. First nozzle 1a is attached to the cylindrical part 1a, the second nozzle 5 is provided to the lower end of the conical bottom 1b, and the third nozzles 7a and 7b are provided to the lower end side of the conical bottom 1b. And, pipelines, 3, 6a, or 6b through which treated liquid in the mixing tank 1 is taken out for circulation are connected in or near the boundary part A beteween the said cylindrical part 1a and the conical bottom 1b. Thus, the flow rates of liquid in the lower end part of the conical bottom 1b can be kept as greater ones by the action of the second nozzle 5 and also the flow rates of liquid in the inside of the conical bottom 1 can be kept at greater ones by the action of the third nozzles 7, thus preventing effectively the adherence and deposition of caulking substance, etc., to the mixer.
