Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the rigidity of chassis and simplify the chassis fabricating work by forming the body which forms the lower half part of a car through integral molding by use of synthetic resin.
CONSTITUTION: The body 1 which forms the lower half of a car is formed through integral molding by use of synthetic resin. The front panel 2 installed in the upper front part of the body 1, the roof panel 3 joined with the front panel 2, and the roll bar panel 4 joined to the roof panel 3 are made of thin iron plates or synthetic resin. These parts are installed onto the body 1 by means of rivets, tapping screws etc.
