Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the size of the title device small and to manufacture it at low cost, by a method wherein projectors and collectors are located so that they nip a plurality of reflection lines, and providing a reaction tube conveying mechanism, thereby reaction tubes are located in order one by one in a photometery path between the projectors and the collectors. CONSTITUTION:Each photometry part 4 consists of projectors 11A, 11B, 11C and collectors 12A, 12B, 12C which are positioned facing and opposite to each other so that they nip 4 reaction lines, rotary filters 14A, 14B, 14C which are located at photometry paths 13A, 13B, 13C between the projectors and collectors. With the reaction lines 1-1-1-4 driven in order, reaction tubes 2-1-2-4 are conveyed in a step manner in order. This permits the common use of the photometry part for a plurality of the reaction lines, which results in simplifying a constitution and an optical adjustment thereby enabling miniaturization of a device and the manufacture thereof at low cost.
