Abstract

PURPOSE:To maintain water conveyance amount of a pump constant in a pumping up installation when at least one of high and low water levels varies, by providing a check valve and a water level variation buffer tank respectively between the pump and a water level varying portion and between the check valve and the pump. CONSTITUTION:A pump 6 pumps up water from a low level portion 1 to a high level one 2, assuming that the water level in the low level portion varies between the upper and lower limits 4, 5 with reference to average water level 3. A check valve 7 permitting water to pass only in the water feed direction and an air chamber 8 as a buffer tank are provided between the low water level portion 1 and the pump 6 and water level in the air chamber 8 is balanced as the average water level 3. When the water level in the low water level portion 1 rises to a varied water level 4, this rise is absorbed and buffered in the chamber 8. Also, when the water level is lowered lower than that in the chamber 8, the check valve 7 is closed to feed water-in-the chamber 8 so that water flow of the pump is maintained constant.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to pump equipment used in environments where the water suction surface or water discharge surface is subject to fluctuations.

In pump equipment, when the water suction surface, water discharge surface, or both change during pump operation, the actual head of the pump changes, the operating point moves, and the water pumping capacity of the pump changes. If the actual head changes periodically, the amount of water pumped by the pump may be less than the rated water amount, and in this case, the larger the fluctuation range of the water level, the more the water amount decreases, and it is no longer possible to guarantee a constant amount of water delivery. There was a case.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional ones and provides a pump equipment that guarantees a more or less constant amount of water supply even when the water level fluctuates, by using a waterway (which is provided with a check valve and a buffer tank). The purpose is to

The present invention provides a one-pump equipment that pumps water from a low water level part where the water level fluctuates on at least one side to a high water level part, and a non-return check that allows flow only in the water supply direction between the pump and the water level part where the water level fluctuates. The pump equipment is characterized in that a valve is provided, and a buffer tank for absorbing the fluctuating water level is provided between the check valve and the pump.

本発明を実施例につき図面を用いて説明する。The present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings based on examples.

However, it fluctuates between an upper limit of 4 and a lower limit of 50. Reference numeral 6 denotes a pump, and a check valve 7 that allows flow only in the water supply direction is provided between the pump 3 and the low water level part 1 where the water level fluctuates, and a check valve 7 that allows flow only in the water supply direction is provided between the check valve 7 and the suction port of the pump 6. An air chamber 8 sealed with air is provided as a precautionary measure.

If the water level in the low water level section 1 suddenly rises and reaches the upper limit 4, the actual pumping head will become lower, so the pumping capacity will increase.
Water flows into the air chamber 8 at the same time, so the pump 6
A sudden increase in the suction flow rate is buffered, and a more or less constant flow rate is maintained. Conversely, the water level in the low water level section 1 decreases and the air chamber/
When the water becomes smaller than the head of the water in the par 8, the check valve 7 closes, and the water in the air chamber 8 is sucked into the pump 6 and fed, thereby buffering the sudden decrease in the flow rate of the pump 6.

In this way, if the capacity of the air chamber 8 is appropriately selected, even if there is a fluctuation in the water tlK in the low water level section 1, this will be absorbed by the air chamber 8, and the discharge flow rate of the pump 6 will be kept constant for #i.

A check valve 7 is provided between the pump 6 and the high water level portion 2, and an air chamber/bar 8 is provided between the check valve 7 and the pump 6. When the water level in the high water level section 2 rises, the check valve 7 closes and water level fluctuations are buffered.
