DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a method for feeding multiple yarns that do not have slub/nep-like portions to the yarn feeder of a knitting machine that uses flat needles, such as a circular knitting machine or a flat knitting machine. The present invention relates to a method of continuously knitting the yarn fed to a yarn feeder after passing through means such as overfeeding, entangling, false twisting, ironing, etc. attached to the yarn feeder to produce a slub-nep-like knitted fabric.

Conventional circular knitting machines, flat knitting machines, and other knitting machines that use flat needles can produce slabs and
The method for producing a slub-like knitted fabric is to manufacture slub-nep-like yarn in advance at the yarn processing stage and supply the yarn to each yarn feeder of the knitting machine, or to Slabs installed on the slabs and slabs taken out from the Nesop feeding equipment
A method of knitting by supplying a knitting needle with a supply yarn (Japanese Patent Publication No. 442077, Japanese Patent Application No. 121652/1987, etc.) A method of supplying a looped supply yarn to a knitting needle by using air, a brush, etc. in combination, and the effect of an air brush etc. A method is known in which a slub-like knitted fabric is obtained by intermittently imparting a slub-like knitted fabric to the yarn (Japanese Patent Application No. 68,318/1982).

The former is unsuitable for high-mix, low-volume production because it requires stock of many types of slub/nep yarn depending on the type, size, color, etc. of the sluf/nep required for the pattern of the knitted fabric. These slub-nep yarns used in knitting machines are considerably inferior to ordinary yarns in terms of knitting properties.

In order to solve these problems, methods have been proposed, such as the latter method of supplying slabs and nets on a knitting machine, and a method of knitting by intermittent loops in the supplied yarn itself.

The present invention is almost the same as the latter technical idea in that it feeds ordinary yarn onto the knitting machine to create a slub/nep-like knitted fabric, but uses multiple yarns that are also core yarns and interlaced yarns on the knitting machine. The present invention relates to a novel invention in which a slub-nep style knitted fabric is manufactured by supplying the yarn to a bellows needle using the means described in detail below.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks and facilitates small-lot, multi-product production by arbitrarily controlling the size and amount of slubs/neps on the knitting machine while using non-slub/nep yarn produced in large lots. Furthermore, by using core yarns and interlaced yarns, it has become possible to produce knitted fabrics with unusual textures, color tones, and unusual slub/nep effects.

The tangled yarn 13 passes through the 1,000 stages 3 of active yarn feeding such as IRQ tape for knitting machines, receives overfeed of 5 to 60% with respect to the core yarn 12, and advances to the air spinner 4 according to the arrow, but it does not reach the intersection point P on the way. It merges with the core thread 12 and enters the air spinner 4.

The slack of the entangled yarn 13 that has undergone overfeed is absorbed by being entangled in the core yarn 13 in a spiral manner in the twisted zone Q of the air spinner 4 as shown in the figure.

Further, the yarn that has passed through the yarn passage 20 of the air spinner 4 enters the untwisting zone R, where real twist remains as the number of false twists changes, and it is partially untwisted, causing the entangled yarn 13 to become spiral. The yarn passage 14 of the auxiliary guide 9 with plate is slackened.

It becomes a state of being squeezed.

(19 in FIG. 2 indicates the compressed air inlet of the air spinner 4) Since the above-mentioned actual twist exists immediately after the slack portion 16 of the yarn in the strained state, the movement of the slack portion is hindered.
It becomes a loop-shaped lump and is knitted directly onto the S knitting needles 17.

In order to increase the number of sloughs and nesops in a knitted fabric, it is sufficient to increase the amount of overfeed of entangled yarns, or increase the number of yarn feeders in a set of core yarns and entangled yarns.

Although it is possible to actively vary the tension at which the core yarn or entwined yarn is supplied to a part of the air spinner so that the actual twist remains, it is not necessary to actively vary the tension in practice.

In addition, the presence of the actual twist is effective in preventing the white yarn from unnecessarily protruding onto the surface of the knitted fabric when the core yarn is white and the interlocking yarn is colored, thereby further improving the beauty of the knitted fabric. It's also effective.

1 Place on a knitting machine that uses flat needles, such as a circular knitting machine or a flat knitting machine.
Then, two or more yarns are supplied to the l yarn feeder of the knitting machine, and one part of the supplied yarn is used as the core yarn and the other part as the entangled yarn, and the above entangled yarn is IRQ.
After overfeeding with a tape or other positive yarn feeding means, the core yarn is intertwined, and the intersecting end point of both yarns is interlaced with an auxiliary guide with a horizontal plate provided in front of the yarn feeding guide located just before the knitting needles of the knitting machine. A horizontal plate is provided with a false twisting means such as an air spinner to falsely twist the interlaced yarn, and the interlaced yarn having a remaining real twist in a false twist state that has passed through the false twisting means is provided immediately before the yarn feeding guide. Colliding with the auxiliary guide, the overfed entangled yarn is piled up on the horizontal plate as needed and passed through the auxiliary guide, and then knitted into the knitted fabric through the yarn feeding guide and knitting needle.
