Firstly, since the rigidity of the resin pamba body 1 alone is insufficient, a steel back-up beam 3 is required, which increases material costs and the number of steps. Secondly, the bank up beam 3 needs to be treated to prevent rust. Thirdly, due to the difference in linear expansion between steel and resin, the joint must have a floating structure, which is likely to cause thermal deformation due to the above factors. Fourth, the weight of the vehicle increases. Fifth, the back-up beam 3 is configured to have a box cross-section, and a subassembly between the back-up beam 3 and the mounting bolt 5 (or the bracket λ) is required, which requires a lot of assembly man-hours.

A first embodiment of an apparatus for manufacturing a wheel bumper according to the present invention using the bumper body 11 described above is an apparatus shown in FIG. The above device includes a stirrer 41 rotated by a motor M in a tank 40, and a resin injection port 42 in the upper part of the tank 40. A bead inlet 43 and a danwei inlet 44 are provided,
A valve 47 connects the bottom of the tank 40 and the cylinder 46 through a pipe 46. A piston 47 inside the cylinder 45, which inserts the tip of the cylinder 45 into the reinforcing material filling hole 15 of the resin bumper body 11, is operated by an air or hydraulic cylinder (not shown), and is inserted into the cylinder 45 from a pipe 46.
The reinforcing material 20 that has been fed into the housing is press-fitted into the hollow portion 12 of the shibamba main body 11 by the piston 47. As a second embodiment of the apparatus for manufacturing table bumpers, there is an apparatus shown in FIG. In this device, a filling pipe 50 inserted into a reinforcing material filling hole 15 of a bumper body 11 is provided with an intake port 51 for the reinforcing material 20 and an air inlet 52, as well as a valve. It is connected to the Piston Rondo Group.

This eliminates the need for a backup beam such as steel on the bumper side. Also, as a characteristic of the resin having fibers, it absorbs a lot of energy until it breaks, so there is less damage compared to steel bumpers. Furthermore, since all the members are made of resin without using a gold maple member, there are effects such as significantly improved corrosion resistance.
