ている。In one embodiment of the present invention shown in the figures, with particular reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 90 indicates a construction vibrator, which has an inner diameter of, for example, about 300 mm or more. 10 indicates a jetting device that is movable within the construction vibe 90 as a whole;
It is structured as described below. That is, numeral 11 is a main body located in the center, and six pairs of support arms 12 are provided which are arranged in front and back and extend radially. Each support arm 12 has a fixed part 13 fixed to the main body 11 and a movable part 15 extending in the same direction at a distance from the fixed part, and a screw 16 is cut on each opposing side and a nut 17 is screwed together. It is connected by a helical spring 18 that connects both ends to each nut. A metal wheel 20 is supported at the outer end of the movable part 15 so as to be movable in the front and rear directions. Therefore, by adjusting the nut 17, the diameter of the construction vibrator 9 can be changed to some extent.
0, as well as spring 1.
Even if the wheels 20 press against the inner surface of the vibrator 90 and a moment of force is applied to the solid axis of the main body 11, the wheels are made of metal so that they do not shift. 22 is a flow path formed to penetrate the main body 11 in the front-rear direction; 23;
is a mixed flow 91 of abrasive material such as sand and air at the rear end of this flow path.
This is a connection port that connects the hose 25 that sends the water. Reference numeral 26 denotes an ejection pipe whose hollow shaft portion 28 is rotatably supported by the main body 11 via a ball bearing 27 so as to open at the end opposite to the connection port 23 of the flow path 22. The other end is a radial part 30 that branches into three parts almost radially and has a tip slightly inclined forward. A spout 31 that opens is formed. Therefore, when the mixed flow 91 is supplied from the hose 25, it flows into the jet pipe 26 through the flow path 22 and is discharged from the jet port 31. Therefore, the mixed flow 91 flows out so as to be blown toward the inner surface of the construction vibrator 90, and the ejection pipe 26 is rotated by the reaction toward the side opposite to the side where the ejection port 31 opens, and the abrasive material contained in the mixed flow is rotated. As a result, the construction vibrator 90 is uniformly cleaned. Reference numeral 33 denotes a connecting portion rotatably connected to the center of the front end of the ejection pipe 26, and the ejection device 1O is moved forward by hooking and pulling the wire 35.

Further, the compressed air supplied from the compressor 37 and the abrasive material such as sand supplied from the abrasive material tank 39 are used to mix the compressed air and the abrasive material in the mixed flow forming device 38 to form a mixed flow 91 that flows at high speed and in a concentrated manner. It is supposed to be done. This mixed flow is 9 as a gas.
A gas other than air may be used, and it may be made to flow while making a swirling motion. Mixed flow 91id hose 25
The winding drum 40 is fed by 4 degrees to the center of the winding drum 40 and sent to the hose 25, and the winding drum 40 is gradually rewound by the motor 41. 42 is a cylindrical member attached to surround the other end of the construction vibrator 90; /l is an annular backing that seals between this cylindrical member and the construction vibrator 90; 44 is a cylindrical member 42;
is fixed to the construction vibrator 90 using a plurality of screws. The wire 35 hermetically passes through the end surface 45 of the cylindrical member 42 via the backing 46, is guided by a guide roller 47, and is wound around a winding winch 48 at approximately the same speed as the unwinding speed of the hose 25. It looks like this. Therefore, the ejection device 10 can be moved from one end of the construction vibe 90 to the other end while ejecting the mixed flow 91 from the ejection port 31 of the rotating ejection pipe 26. 50 is connected to the cylindrical member 42 via a hose 51, and sucks in the mixed flow 91 discharged into the construction vibrator 90 to remove rust and other deposits, thereby removing the abrasive material and deposits such as rust, and making the pipe clean. This is a suction device consisting of a vacuum car that exhausts air.

Since the ejection device 10 having the ejection pipe 26 as shown in FIG. It also has the effect that it automatically rotates due to the reaction of the mixed flow ejected from the ejection pipe 2G, thereby enabling uniform cleaning of the construction vibrator 90.
