A plate 1 is constructed, on which the clothing 6 is attached as shown by the chain lines in FIGS. A large number of locking plates 17 into which the protruding ends of the locking base plates 15 of the base plate 1 are inserted and elastic locking bodies 18° 18 inserted into the notches of the locking base plates 16 are provided at predetermined intervals, As shown in FIG. 5, the base plate 1 covered with clothing is sequentially attached to a cloth feed belt 7 and transferred to a screen printing section for printing.

。``Means for Solving the Problems'' The present invention provides a method for sewing clothing onto a human-shaped bedplate having a protruding neck, so that the neck and body end of the baseplate are lower than the neck and body of the garment, respectively. On the other hand, glue of the required width is applied to both sides of the surface of the cloth feeding belt running in the automatic sugelene textile printing machine, and the base plate with the clothing attached is attached so as to protrude outward. At predetermined intervals, the neck and torso parts that protrude from the clothing are attached by gluing,
After screen printing, the base plate to which the clothing is attached is peeled off from the cloth feed belt.

The torso 3 has a size such that the torso end 5 protrudes outward by a considerable length from the torso of the clothing 6 when the clothing 6 is attached. Then, the clothing 6 to be printed is attached to the base plate 1 as shown in the figure. In this case, the neck 4 of the base plate 1 protrudes outward from the neck of the clothing 6, and the torso end 5 protrudes outward from the torso of the clothing.

It is configured to be applied in a narrow strip over a predetermined width. Therefore, as the cloth feeding belt 7 travels, the pasting agent 11, 11 is applied in the form of narrow strips to both sides of the upper surface by rolling contact of the pasting roll 9c.

The protruding neck 4 and body end 5 are positioned and placed on the applied glue 11.11 on both sides. Thereby, the base plate 1 is mounted on the fabric feed belt 7 via the glue 11.11. The attached base plate 1 is sequentially sent to a screen printing section 12 as the cloth feed belt 7 runs, and is subjected to printing. When the base plate 1 reaches the end roll 13 after printing, the fabric feed belt 7 is bent when passing the roll 13, so that the adhesive with the glue 11, 11 is naturally peeled off. The base plate 1 peeled off from the cloth feed belt 7 is extracted from the clothing 6 and used for attaching a new clothing 6 to be printed again.

るものである。"Effects of the Invention" As explained above, the present invention provides a human-shaped bedplate having a neck protruding from which a garment is sewn. On the other hand, glue of the required width is applied to both sides of the surface of the cloth feeding belt running in the automatic screen printing machine, and the base plate with the clothing attached is , At predetermined intervals, the neck and torso parts that protrude from the garment are attached by gluing, and after screen printing, the base plate with the garment attached is peeled off from the cloth feed belt.
Attachment of the base plate with clothes attached to the cloth feed belt is possible without the need for attaching equipment to the cloth conveyor belt or making complicated work to attach it to the base plate as in the past. , can be carried out by the extremely simple means and operations of applying glue to a cloth feed belt and placing a base plate on the glue, and modifying a machine for printing sewn clothing; This not only simplifies the installation of instruments and greatly reduces costs, but also makes it extremely easy and efficient to attach and detach the base plate to the fabric feed belt, requiring fewer workers. This has the excellent effect of greatly reducing the cost of printing clothing as a whole.
