The structure is such that the temperature and pressure are increased. Since the gas passing through these heat transfer tube groups is not dust-removed, unburned components in the gas flow adhere to the tube surfaces, forming a strong clinker layer.

For this reason, clinker is removed when boiler operation is stopped, such as during regular boiler inspections, but as this work relies entirely on manual labor, the following problems arise and need to be resolved as soon as possible. I'm under pressure.

As a result, it is becoming difficult to secure workers.

Reference numeral 3 denotes a support member that fixes the rail 1 to the inclined surface 4 located at the lower part of the superheater 5 arrangement section. 6 is a running trolley that moves along the rail, and 7 is an arm support attached to this running trolley.
It is one member. This arm support member 7 is configured to be able to rotate at a hinge of 7 degrees with respect to the traveling truck 6, and when being carried into the boiler, it is folded down so that it is parallel to the rail 1, so that it can be carried into the boiler. 8 is the support member 7
It is a clamp attached to the tip (upper end) of the clamp, and is configured to be able to rotate in the X and Y directions. While the support member 7 is moving, it rotates in the X direction and closes. The sliding member 9 is configured to be movable along the side wall of the heat exchanger tube. When the arm support member 7 reaches a predetermined position, the clamp 8 is opened in the Y direction and engaged with the heat exchanger tube to support the upper end of the arm support member.

Next, reference numeral 26 refers to the clinker removing device 23 and nozzle 21 attached to the main body zO, as shown in FIG.
This is a rocking device for rocking in a direction perpendicular to the zero axis. As a function of the arm 11 itself, the cleaning device main body 2o attached to the tip of the arm rotates around the pin 27. In other words, this device rotates the arm,
In addition to the functions of the heat exchanger tube cleaning device such as raising and lowering the arm itself and rotating the main body 20 around the pin 27, the vertical movement of the glue 21 and the clinker removing device 23 relative to the main body 20 and the swinging relative to the main body increase the This provides a greater degree of freedom and allows cleaning of all parts of the heat exchanger tube.
