この種の表示装置として、例えば液晶表示器を有するも
のにおいては、その液晶表示器を、演算舛理機能を有す
るプリント基板の上に金具等により直接固定することが
一般に行われている。この場合、表示器とプリント基板
との電気信号接続は両者間に介在させた導電性弾性体に
より行われる。しかしながら多くの表示器の信号パター
ンはその片側のみに形成されているため、その信号パタ
ーン側に上記導電性弾性体を位置させ、金具等で表示器
を押し付けると、表示器が若干傾斜したり、また各信号
パターンは一様に接触しないという問題がある。更に液
晶表示器はその裏面に金属型の反射板が貼付してあり、
その反射板に対向してプリント基板上の信号パターンが
位置する場合には、その反射板により隣接する信号パタ
ーンをショートするおそれがある。これらの問題点に対
処するため表示器裏面とプリント基板との間に絶縁シー
ト等を介在させているが、表示器の水平度、接続状態等
は十分に良好であるとはいえない。

性体を介在させ、信号パターン側の導電性弾性体との協
働によって表示器を水平に保ち、良好な信号接続を行う
ことを目的とする。また両弾性体により表示器裏面の反
射板とブリット基板上の信号パターンとを完全に絶縁す
ることを目的とする。

性弾性体7による確実な電気信号接続が得られなくなる
