Conventionally, an elastic floor structure including an elastic layer in which rubber particles or cork particles are bonded to each other by a rubber elastic material has been widely known as an element of a coated floor structure using a rubber elastic material. According to the invention of No. 45805, it is pointed out that the fine voids formed between the rubber particles in the elastic layer should have an appropriate porosity.

However, in the above-mentioned elastic floor structure, a base treatment layer and a surface finish layer are usually formed by sequentially applying liquid polyurethane resin etc. on the elastic layer, so the fluidity of the surface finish layer etc. The material penetrates into the voids in the elastic layer and fills the voids, making it impossible to maintain the required porosity and reducing the cushioning performance.

On the other hand, in recent years, attention has been paid to the excellent physical properties of polyurethane resins such as toughness, elasticity retention, and abrasion resistance, and polyurethane resins are increasingly being used as constituent materials for elastic floors. Desk,
When chairs and other physical education equipment are left on the floor for a relatively long period of time, permanent deformation occurs in the flooring material, resulting in the formation of recesses on the floor after the equipment is moved. Ta.

In order to achieve the above object, the polyurethane elastic floor according to the present invention has a first structure in which rubber chips are sequentially laminated on a base and bonded with a polyurethane resin to form fine voids between each particle of the rubber chips. A second elastic layer having restoring elasticity made of a polyurethane resin mixed with fibers, and a surface finishing layer made of a colored polyurethane resin.

In the elastic floor of the present invention constructed as described above, the modulus is increased by mixing fibers between the first elastic layer and the surface finishing layer, and the second layer is made of a polyurethane resin which is given restoring elasticity. Since the elastic layer is interposed, when forming the second elastic layer on the first elastic layer, the polyurethane resin that is the constituent material of the latter is formed between the rubber chip particles of the former. It is possible to prevent the rubber from penetrating into the microscopic voids that degrade the excellent cushioning performance provided by the voids, and also to prevent the occurrence of permanent deformation (denting scratches) due to the load of heavy objects placed on the elastic floor of the present invention. can be prevented.

Below, the present invention will be explained with reference to illustrated examples.
In the figure, the polyurethane elastic floor of the present invention includes a first elastic layer 1, which is sequentially laminated on a base plate 5 made of any material such as concrete, wood, metal, etc.
It consists of a second elastic layer 2 and a surface finishing layer 3.

The first elastic layer 1 is made by spreading a liquid polyurethane resin material mixed with rubber chips 4 at a weight ratio of 1:5 to 1:13 on a base plate 5, based on a polyurethane resin. By curing, the rubber chips 4 are bonded to each other and fine voids 6 are formed between the rubber chips.

Next, the second elastic layer 2 is formed by spreading a liquid material such as polyurethane resin mixed with short glass fibers 7 to a required thickness on the elastic layer 1, or by spreading it to a desired thickness.
Alternatively, it can be formed by spreading and laying a non-woven mat of entangled short glass fibers on the elastic layer 1, and coating and impregnating the non-woven mat with a liquid polyurethane resin.

As mentioned above, the polyurethane elastic floor according to the present invention includes a first elastic layer 1 made of rubber chips bonded together with a polyurethane resin to form fine voids between the particles, and a surface finishing layer made of a colored polyurethane resin. Since the second elastic layer 2 having rubber elasticity reinforced with short fibers is interposed between the first elastic layer 3 and the second elastic layer 2, the mixing or interposition of the short fibers suppresses the flow of the liquid polyurethane resin. In addition to preventing the resin from penetrating into the fine voids of the elastic layer 1, the modulus of the resin is increased and permanent deformation caused by placing heavy objects is prevented. It fully demonstrates its functions and exhibits good elasticity in cooperation with the second elastic layer mainly made of polyurethane resin and the surface finishing layer.
