静屯時に吐出弁がバネ力によりピストン弁の内部に押付
られて流路を閉塞しているので、容器が傾き、或は倒立
しても吐出弁が開かず、容器内部の流動物が漏出しない
。また、分与動作後ピストン弁が静止状態に復帰する際
吐出弁がバネにより強制的に下降され、ノズル体の吐出
流路内に残留する流動物をピストン弁上端部に引き戻す
