示用の積層構造とを背中合わせに二重に積層形成
し、上記基板の表裏両方向に同時に発光表示する
ことが出来るように構成したことを特徴とする薄
膜EL素子。 2 上記表側表示用の背面電極及び裏側表示用の
背面電極を構成する電極膜部分として一つの金属
膜を共用したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
