In this case, the pipe yarn doffed from a spinning machine, a twisting machine, etc. is received on a pipe conveyor conveyor on which a large number of pegs for attaching the pipe yarn are protruded at predetermined intervals. transport along. An upwardly inclined inclined conveyor is provided downstream of the pipe thread transport conveyor, and receives and transports the pipe thread conveyed by the pipe thread transport conveyor and detached from the pipe thread mounting peg.
(For example, see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 13738/1983.) In such a pipe yarn conveyance/delivery device, the pipe yarn detached from the pipe conveyor is not securely held by the inclined conveyor and falls, falling off the inclined conveyor and further falling outside. may fall. Further, in order to prevent the pipe from falling to the outside, guides are provided at the joints of the pipe conveyor and the inclined conveyor. However, due to the presence of this guide, the pipe yarn from the subsequent pipe thread transport conveyor can become jammed at the joint between the pipe thread transport conveyor and the inclined conveyor. In addition, the pegs attached to the yarn conveyor may fall off due to loosened screws, or if they are made of plastic, they may be damaged, and the yarn may be placed in the area where such pegs have fallen off or been damaged. Then, when the yarn is transferred from the yarn conveyor to the inclined conveyor, the yarn may similarly fall from the joint between the conveyor and the inclined conveyor to the outside. Furthermore, if a guide is provided as described above, the joint may become clogged with the tube yarn.

がある。 As mentioned above, it is not preferable in terms of production control to leave the pipe yarn that has fallen to the outside as it is. In addition, if a large amount of such pipe threads becomes clogged at the joints of the pipe transport conveyor and the inclined conveyor, normal transport of the pipe threads will no longer be possible, and in some cases, the pressing force caused by the clogged pipe threads may increase. This can cause damage to the pipe conveyor, which is often made of steel, and cause it to become severely distorted, rendering it unfit for further use.

に管糸搬送受渡し装置の駆動を停止してもよい。 The present invention aims to reduce problems in production management by early detecting falling of a pipe and yarn from a joint between a pipe and yarn transport conveyor and an inclined conveyor. The present invention has achieved such an object by providing a pipe thread conveyor in which a large number of pipe thread attachment pegs are protruded at predetermined intervals, and a pipe thread conveyor disposed downstream of the pipe thread transport conveyor so as to be inclined upward. In a yarn conveyance and delivery device comprising an inclined conveyor that receives and conveys the yarn conveyed by the yarn conveyor and detached from the yarn attachment peg, a yarn conveyor is provided along the inclined conveyor within the yarn transfer area between the two conveyors. A pipe yarn conveying and delivering device characterized in that a guide plate is provided for regulating both sides of the pipe, and a means for detecting a pipe falling from the transfer area to the outside is provided on the outer side of one of the guide plates. and achieve it. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the guide plate on the side where the detection means is provided is provided with an opening whose edge height is substantially lower than the diameter of the full yarn, so that jamming in the transfer area is prevented. The tube is configured to actively fall through the opening. With the structure of this embodiment, if the pipe thread becomes clogged for some reason at the joint between the pipe transport conveyor and the inclined conveyor, the following pipe thread is discharged from the opening. Therefore, by providing the falling pipe yarn detection member of the present invention facing this opening, it is possible to detect clogging at the joint portion of the pipe conveyor and the inclined conveyor based on the presence of the falling pipe yarn. Note that only an alarm may be issued when clogging is detected, or the drive of the yarn conveying and delivering device may be stopped together with or separately from the alarm.

A pipe yarn conveyor 1 is provided along a machine base such as a spinning machine and a twisting machine. The pipe yarn conveyor 1 includes a drive pulley 3 connected to an electric motor (not shown), a driven pulley (not shown) arranged along the machine base, and a tensioned drive pulley 3 and the driven pulley. It consists of a conveyor belt 5 extending horizontally along. The conveyor belt 5 is made of steel or the like, and plastic or metal pegs 7 are screwed or glued at predetermined intervals. When the conveyor belt 5 is positioned at a predetermined position, the pegs 7 are attached to the machine spindle ( (not shown). An inclined conveyor 11 is provided on the downstream side of the yarn transport conveyor 1, that is, on the right side in FIG. The inclined conveyor 11 consists of a driving pulley (not shown) driven by a motor (not shown), a driven pulley 13, and an inclined conveyor belt 15 stretched between the driving pulley and the driven pulley 13 and extending to the upper right. There is. On the circumferential surface of the inclined conveyor belt 15, locking protrusions 17 having wear resistance and appropriate flexibility are protruded at equal intervals.

作業者に知らせるようにしてもよい。 After being detached from the peg 7 of the yarn transport conveyor 1, the full yarn P moves not only parallel to the plane of the paper in FIGS. It may also move in the direction of Leaving the fallen yarn unattended in this way poses problems in terms of production management, in terms of accurately grasping the production quantity, and in maintaining an orderly working environment. Therefore, a member such as a limit switch, a phototube, or the like may be provided to detect the falling of the fully-tubed yarn, and an alarm may be issued to notify the operator when the fully-tubed yarn falls.

(Sometimes the machine stand wall can be used as a substitute.) By installing such a guide plate 41, it was possible to prevent the full yarn P from falling. However, if the full yarn P transferred from the yarn conveyor 1 to the inclined conveyor 11 is not locked by the locking protrusion 17, or if the peg 7 of the yarn conveyor 1 is chipped or damaged, the detachment claw 35 When the delivery is not carried out smoothly, the full tube yarn P may become clogged inside the guide plate 41. Such clogging may cause damage to the full yarn P or damage to the yarn conveyor 1 or the inclined conveyor 11.

In addition, in the space of the yarn transfer area surrounded by both guide plates 41, an opening 41a shown by a solid line is formed by cutting the edge of one guide plate 41 so that the height is substantially smaller than the diameter of the full tube. is formed. However, if the opening is simply provided, the full yarn P will be transferred from the yarn conveying conveyor 1 to the inclined conveyor 1 as in the case where the guide plate 41 is not provided at all.
1, there remains a possibility that the full tube yarn P will climb over the edge and fall from the opening 41a due to a disturbance in its posture. Therefore, a bobbin guide 43 is provided above the opening 41a, and the peg 7 is secured by the release claw 35.
The head of the full tube yarn P removed from the tube is guided so that the full tube yarn P is guided to the inclined conveyor 11 without falling. Although the bobbin guide 43 shown in FIG. 1 is screwed to the guide plate 41, the bobbin guide 43 may be formed integrally with the guide plate 41.

Therefore, damage to the pipe conveyor 1 or the inclined conveyor 11 is prevented.
