い、さらに必要に応じて前記芯材の空洞に発泡材
を充填してなる十分な強度と剛性を有する軽量建
築パネルに関する。

ト製品などが用いられている。しかし、上記サン
ドウイツチパネルは強度および剛性が低いため取
付壁などにしか利用できず、また無機水硬性材料
では軽量化に限界があるとともに押出成形加工が
困難である。さらにA.L.C.は生産工程が複雑で
しかも製品が規格化されるという欠点を有する。

し、軽量でしかも耐力構造壁として十分使用に耐
えうる強度と剛性を有し、かつ各種形状のものを
容易に入手しうる軽量建築パネルを開発すべく鋭
意研究を重ねた結果、サンドウイツチパネルの芯
材として一定形状の貫通空洞を有する剛性芯材を
用いることによつて目的を達成しうることを見出
し本考案を完成するに至つた。すなわち本考案
は、一方向に平行に貫通する多数の空洞を有し、
かつその貫通する空洞の断面形状が剛性芯材表面
に平行な二辺を有する四角形と、該四角形に隣接
する同一形状の二つの四角形を交互に組合せてな
るものである、剛性芯材の片面または両面に表面
材を張設してなる軽量建築パネルを提供するもの
である。

填できるようにしたためである。また、多数の貫
通空洞を設けることによつても芯材の強度が低下
しないように、空洞の貫通方向はすべて同一方向
としなければならない。さらに空洞の形状の好ま
しい態様としては角筒状であつて、その断面形状
が剛性芯材表面に平行な二辺を有する四角形と、
該四角形に隣接する同一形状の二つの四角形を交
互に組合せてなるものである。かかる形状とすれ
ば構造的に極めて堅固な芯材となる。この芯材の
材質は特に制限はないが、熱可塑性樹脂、充填剤
配合熱可塑性樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂、充填剤配合熱
硬化性樹脂、無機物質、ガラス繊維強化セメント
などの充填剤配合無機物質あるいは金属などが好
ましい。なお、上記芯材は押出成形または引抜き
成形による一体成形や該成形物同士あるいは該成
形物と板状物との溶接、接着などによつて製造す
ることができ連続生産も可能である。
