図において、1はアトマイズ装置、2は溶融金
属、11は高圧水(高圧流体)、20は噴霧ノズ
ル、24はスリツト部、24aはスリツト板、2
4bはスペーサ、24cはスリツト孔、26はノ
ズル本体、30はスリツト板、30aは凸部であ
る。

噴射により粉末化するアトマイズ装置において、 上記噴霧ノズルを、高耐摩耗性部材製のスリツ
ト部材を組み合わせてスリツト孔を形成したスリ
ツト部を軟質部材製のノズル本体に取り付けて構
成したことを特徴とするアトマイズ装置の噴霧ノ
ズル。 (2) 上記ノズル本体が軟質の銅系合金製であり
、上記スリツト部が一対のセラミツクス製スリツ
ト板の両端部間にセラミツクス製スペーサを挟ん
でスリツト孔を形成してなるものであることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のア
トマイズ装置の噴霧ノズル。 (3) 上記ノズル本体が軟質の銅系合金製であり
、上記スリツト部が端部に凸部を有する一対のセ
ラミツクス製スリツト板を、該凸部が点対称にな
るように対向させてスリツト孔を形成してなるも
のであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
