- 穿刺針により皮膚を穿刺する穿刺器具であって、前記穿刺針を移動可能に保持する穿刺針移動手段と、皮膚を変形させる皮膚変形手段と、を備え、前記穿刺針移動手段によって穿刺針を移動させて、前記皮膚変形手段により変形させた皮膚に穿刺するよう構成したことを特徴とする穿刺器具。
- 前記穿刺器具は、皮膚に固定される平面を有する固定部と、前記皮膚変形手段に備わる皮膚固定面と、を有し、前記皮膚変形手段は、前記皮膚固定面と前記固定部の平面との間に段差部を形成するように皮膚を変形させることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の穿刺器具。
- 前記穿刺針移動手段は、前記穿刺針を、前記皮膚固定面と略平行に移動させて、前記段差部に穿刺するよう構成したことを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項記載の穿刺器具。

- 皮膚を穿刺する1つの穿刺針を有し、当該穿刺針を前記皮膚の所定の層に対して平行に進入させる穿刺器具と、前記穿刺針に連通されると共に当該穿刺針を介して前記皮膚の所定の層に物質を注入する注入器具と、を備え、圧力が0.1psi〜500psiの範囲で前記物質を前記皮膚の層のうち真皮に投与することを特徴とする投与器具。
- 投与流速を100μl/分で前記物質を投与したとき、当該物質を所定時間投与することを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項記載の投与器具。
- 圧力が90psi〜500psiの範囲では、前記物質を投与流速1000〜2000μl/分で投与することを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項記載の投与器具。
- 投与流速を1000μl/分で前記物質を投与したとき、投与時間は130秒以下であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項記載の投与器具。
- 投与流速を2000μl/分で前記物質を投与したとき、投与時間は90秒以下であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項記載の投与器具。
- 投与流速を1000μl〜2000μl/分としたとき、前記物質の最大圧力が200psi〜500psiであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項記載の投与器具。
- 前記物質の最大圧力が460psiで、前記物質を所定時間投与することを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項記載の投与器具。
- 前記所定時間は90秒以下であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項に記載の投与器具。
- 前記穿刺器具は、前記穿刺針を移動可能に保持する穿刺針移動手段と、前記皮膚を変形させる皮膚変形手段と、を備え、前記穿刺針移動手段により前記穿刺針を移動させて、前記皮膚変形手段によって変形させた前記皮膚に穿刺するように構成したことを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に記載の投与器具。
- 前記穿刺器具は、前記穿刺針を少なくとも0.5mm皮膚に進入させることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に記載の投与器具。
- 皮膚を穿刺する1つの穿刺針を有し、前記穿刺針を少なくとも0.5mm皮膚に進入させる穿刺器具と、前記穿刺針に連通されると共に当該穿刺針を介して前記皮膚の所定の層に物質を注入する注入器具と、を備え、投与流速を1000μl〜2000μl/分としたとき、物質の最大圧力が200psi〜500psiであることを特徴とする投与器具。
- 穿刺針により皮膚を穿刺する穿刺方法であって、前記穿刺針を移動可能に保持する穿刺針移動手段と、前記皮膚を変形させる皮膚変形手段と、を用い、前記穿刺針移動手段によって穿刺針を移動させて、前記皮膚変形手段により変形させた皮膚に穿刺するようにしたことを特徴とする穿刺方法。
- 前記皮膚変形手段によって、前記穿刺器具に設けられた皮膚固定面と固定部の平面との間に段差部が形成されるよう皮膚を変形することを特徴とする請求の範囲第16項記載の穿刺方法。
- 前記穿刺針移動手段によって、前記穿刺針を、前記皮膚固定面と略平行に移動させて、前記段差部に穿刺するようにしたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第17項に記載の穿刺方法。
- 前記穿刺針移動手段によって、前記穿刺針を、前記固定部の平面と略平行に移動させて、前記段差部に穿刺するようにしたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第17項に記載の穿刺方法。
